Great place! I am a mom with 3 children and we all loved it!! 👌👌 The kids enjoyed the pool and myself the gym. Also it is calm and we slept comfortably. There are two 7-Eleven shops within walking distance and the changklang night market is a max 4 minute walk. I enjoyed massage in the Anusarn market just off the changklan market for 100baths for 30 minutes. The best massages by elderly Thai ladies. Also Panthip shopping centre is 3 minute walk, where there is a supermarket for groceries ect, shops and a food court; The food court is also very cheap and good food. I would definitely stay again! Staff: security and cleaning very friendly. Coffee shop right in front and many more. You are close to everything. I will end with check-in and check-out being very easy as it is self check in via a code box situated in the lounge of building A. The actual appartment is in building B…which is better as building A seems noisy and busy. Also apartment is quite big in size, everyone has their own space and you are not in each other’s way.

We liked everything and I will most definitely be recommending it to friends and family. We stayed in another place in chiang mai before this one and this one was much better, quite big compared to usual accommodation. (Ps: Photos are when we left so I did not include the rooms as the beds were undone)

The communication on booking . Com was so bad. I texted my host 7 times and only a few texts went thru. Booking. Com did not updat our revised flights and we paid 300 euros to change them. Went to help desk for our flights and the first girl said sorry nothing we can do call the airline. Which of course they say talk to your service provider. Had to go thru to two more agents before we got the change and then it never got updated and I get texts today saying book into your flight tonight when we are already here !!!! Sorry won’t use you again as the communication has been Terrible.

Great location, lots of shops, markets and restaurants nearby. Friendly security staff. Felt very safe there. Spacious apartment. Lovely cafe within apartment block.

Stayed here a week as a couple and only 1 towel each. No tea towels to use in kitchen. No iron or ironing board. Uncomfortable bed, old bedding. Apartment could do with a little spruce up, mold in bathroom and torn curtains.

EVERYTHING!! was perfect, we stay 5 night but if we could we would stay more! Was clean, big, with a beautiful bathroom, a perfect little kitchen, a large bedroom, a terrace and a space to relax!

Just that for the building A was working just a elevator….but for the flooding accidents, the hotel was perfect

Great set up. A clean, neat, well appointed apartment with all the amenities but much less than a regular hotel. Many extras like free toiletries, hand towels, slippers. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly. Efficiency kitchen with everything you need to cook on your own. A washing machine is provided in the apartment as well. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Great location with many restaurants and a 7-11 within walking distance. The pools and fitness centers are amazing.

The shower curtain needs replacing. The master bed is a bit hard, maybe a soft mattress topper would help?

Well equipped kitchen, cleanliness. Having beauty shop, coffee shop and tour agent in building was great

pool and gym were tiny for a huge apartment building. Long walks in halls.

- Internet was very unstable (might be a general problem in Chiang Mai) - Area is a bit boring - Shower has no curtain or glas wall and shower handle at wall is broken. Takes a while until hot water comes.

The location was good, easy access to many facilities such as nite market, super market, restaurant and spas.

The entrance to the swimming pool and Sky terrace were not directly accessible from my block. We had to go down and took another lift from another block

Location, food choice around it, clean condo, the check in experience is self but very smooth and in time. Kitchen have all essentials to cook, wash your cloths. Walkable to many tourist attractions.

Close to Thapae gate and Night markets easily accessible 7/11 and fruit stand

Beds were a bit hard. Would be good to have a drying rack for dishes
