The staff are all very friendly and helpful, they were very attentative making sure we had enough water / fresh towels during our stay. The rooms are big with nice big beds, I found them comfortable. The AC was very good in the room, perfect after a long day out in the heat. Location wise it's pretty good, very short walk to the night market where we ate every night, you have so many options there. To walk into the old town takes 10 minutes or so. We hired a scooter to explore and was able to park our scooter at the hotel.

My only suggestion would be to replace the shower curtains as they are looking a big old and worn. The bacony was smaller then expected but it wasn't a problem, its not big enough to sit on, but fine for drying clothes on or leaving the doors open for some air.

Excellent location, parking for motorcycle in front, very pleasant staff, rooms are enormous.

The intersection close by gets extremely busy at times making it difficult to cross, it was occasionally very hot inside hotel common areas but I am a colder climate individual, the rooms are large enough for additional furniture but I am westerner and think this way

This place is perfect for you if you are not interested in paying for valet parking, a business center, tennis courts, or jacuzzi bar. What it offers is true value for great location, friendly and helpful staff, super clean room, and very comfortable bed. I have stayed here over the years about 20 times.

The stairs may be challenging for the less mobile folks.

Very close to night bazaar and a shopping central with a kids play area(100 baht for 3 hours!), which was great for the kids to have a break from sight seeing. The staff were nice and room had everything you could need for a short stay.

There is no lift in the accommodation as others have said so bear that in mind if travelling with kids. There is however a small lift for luggage and large bags.

Very clean, aesthetic and cozy. Unique atmosphere in the room's décor. A good walk between there and the central activities. Great staff, would stay again. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and sitting on the floor of our room.

The piano is out of tune and sounds very sad, it should be tuned and protected from the sun 😂🎶 I wanted to practice but it is totally unplayable.

this establishment is close to the night market a few blocks away. you can also go very easily to the city center of chang mai on foot. the rooms are clean and very functional. even if the hotel does not provide a breakfast. there is a small space to drink coffee and tea for free. otherwise for breakfast, lunch or dinner, there is a restaurant opposite which is pleasant and a good price

for us it was not a problem but there is no lift so no accessibility for the disabled

Brilliant top floor view of Doi Suthep! Big room with 2 double beds, great for us as 2 couples traveling together! Dumb waiter is great for taking the luggage up 5 floors! Staff so attentive and friendly, allowing us to leave our bags early after the overnight train from Bangkok, and let us freshen up too. Tea coffee and water all provided downstairs for guests. Only 10 minutes walk to the south east corner of the old town, or 25 minutes walk to the north gate!

The room was spacious and beautiful. We even had a big fridge in there! It's in a great neighborhood, not too busy and a nice walk to get to the center. There also is a cheap laundromat within 5 minutes walking. Free water is provided in the hotel lobby, so that we could fill up our own bottles without having to buy plastic ones. Highly appreciated. We found this to be the best hotel out of the four different places we stayed at in Chiang Mai.

It's an old building so there is no elevator even though our room was on the 5th floor. Luckily, there is a luggage elevator so it was not really a big deal. We knew this beforehand from other reviews, too. Another minor annoyance was that the shower in our room didn't fit well into the holder in the wall and so it would easily fall out of it, waking us up at night the first time it happened (afterwards, we just let the shower head rest on the tap instead).

Huge room, perfect location to Loi Khro and Night Bazaar. Staff super friendly. Decor was lovely and had all the facilities needed. Balcony was perfect too. Had a luggage lift so no need to carry any luggage up and down stairs which is really helpful

What a beautiful property! We stayed in the heritage room and it was so beautiful! The room/property was very clean! Close to everything, so a great location for exploring! The staff was very friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend staying here!
