The location is good, 2-3 minutes walk from one of the new attractions in Chiang Mai, Mae Kha Canal, but also close to the old town area, where the big Sunday night bazaar happens. The hotel is a boutique type, the beds are extremely comfortable (mattress, pillows, everything). Very clean, excellent breakfast, small but tastefully designed bathrooms. If I had to point out something negative it would be the lack of storage space, if you stay for several days and want to take your clothes out of your luggage you won't have much space to put them. A location where I will definitely return.

+ the rooms were lovely with a lot of pretty details, the pool was good and the breakfast was nice too, we liked the location of the hotel, just outside the old city centre but close enough to walk to the main temples and city gate

the breakfast staff lady looked so grumpy, during 5 breakfasts she didn’t smile once and she spoke next to no English, the staff at reception were mostly quite young and not very friendly, they were often found hanging around on their mobile phones and we felt like we were interrupting them when we had a question which was surprising for a 4star hotel.

The best part about this hotel is the wonderful staff. They are so caring, kind and will go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. Thank you for spoiling me, Wit and May 🥰 The hotel itself is nicely decorated and very stylish The bed was the most comfortable I ever got in Thailand which made for fantastic sleep The facilities are very handy: there’s a small gym (just one treadmill, a bicycle, bench and some weights) and a small pool They offer a simple breakfast which was perfect for me and every afternoon there are free drinks both w/wo alcohol with some snacks which is a wonderful treat The location is fairly good and what’s even better is they provide free bikes so you get some extra range 🚲 It’s a cute, little hotel and I had a great stay.

The rooms could be engineered a lot better: no plug in the bathroom, no space to hang/ store clothes, air conditioning was super weak and I encountered several broken things (nothing major!) The pool is mainly in the shade The bikes could use some maintenance But overall the pros outweigh the shortcomings 😊

Nice, clean place in a traditional style. Convenient location in walking distance and not too far away from the old town. Breakfast with various options and buffet to choose from.

The room we had didn't have a safety box. That would add to the hotel's niveau. The very small fitness studio could do with a little brush up. It's located directly opposite the breakfast area, so you watch people having breakfast while sweating in there, or vice versa. One more thing to be aware of - though definitely not the hotel's fault - is the constant crowing of the neighbours' cocks, no matter what time. We woke up several times each night... Other than that no complaints.

Gorgeous hotel, when we arrived the staff were very friendly and we got a welcome drink, when we arrived back to the hotel that evening after a walk, the electricity was gone. However the manager was so kind and gave us complimentary cocktails and snacks in the bar while they fixed it :) the free bikes are great for exploring and the pool area is stunning. Less than a 10 minute walk from the old town. Friendly staff, would return

No noise from other rooms or traffic but there are roosters from surrounding houses that you can hear a lot, but ear plugs were provided by the hotel.

Good service, refill of tea stuff and water everyday.long breakfast hours, checkout time not too early, 24hr service desk,comfortable bed, pool area, price,free watergun for songkran, free bicycles rental, umbrella in room, extension cord, sandals ,hairdryer etc Feels like they really put some thought into making the stay enjoyable. Complimentary beer and snacks was nice and unexpected, but the glasses were comically small and just filled up with only foam if you try to pour from the tap. Maybe better if you use proper glasses and limit the number of drinks.

Breakfast was not the best, the meal with bacon,toast egg...egg was too runny and it seemed to have some water in it, in addition to the runny yolk, made the toast wet and bad, very little bacon. No meal offers good variety,think english breakfast...cold cuts, bacon, slices of tomato,sausages, grilled onions, baked beans,fried rice, tomato chutney, boiled egg, thai options

I'd previously stayed in Chiang Mai 'New Town' and on my return to this amazing town decided to try somewhere different, choosing instead to stay in the 'old town'. I'm an older, fussy traveller and I wanted some comfort, including a pool, eve if its just to cool my feet down after a day of wandering Chiang Mai..anyway, here I am in a taxi driving on unfamiliar streets when all of a sudden I'm outside THEE. At first I wasn't sure, probably as I was tired from an overnight train that took 16hrs due to delays. I checked in, was taken to my room and that changed everything. It was perfect, spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for my stay, including an extension lead to power my bits of tech that we all carry with us nowadays but don't always get access to plugs in the right location. This was a win for me. The room overlooked the small pool, do remember, we're in the 'old town' and having access to a pool of any size was going to be a bonus, plus I'm not training for the olympics, I just need to cool off. Breakfast was great, and the manager has introduced a 'free-flow' of soft drinks and snacks in the afternoon, which is followed by a 'free-flow' of beer for a short period in the evening. This is not 'free-flowing' pints, but is still a lovely option to allow guests to chill together. Staff were great, the manager is extremely welcoming and his professionalism to the industry was reflected by his staff. I even got a small leaving gift which I'm still using. It's local enough to walk into the old should you wish or just take one of the many modes of available transport. The new town is about 15mins on bike taxi, maybe slightly longer by car as traffic can be busy. Overall I have absolutely no problem recommending this fabulous hotel.

Nothing, the hotel met my requirements. The manager was attentive and did a great job of ensuring I had a wonderful stay.

This place turned out to be an absolute hidden gem. Everything—from the room to the food to the staff—was top notch. The staff were incredibly helpful with their recommendations and went above and beyond to help us arrange a car hire, even speaking directly with the driver to organize a day trip for us. The kids absolutely loved the Grand Suite and the charming little tea corner. The staff even arranged two single beds for them and created a cozy, comfortable setup that made them feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and seamless stay!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access nearby attractions. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, adding a personal touch to the experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax after a day out. They provided an extension cable which included plugs and USBs to charge electrical items. I thought this was an excellent touch and more hotels need to do this.

it’s worth noting that noise can be an issue. The walls are quite thin, so you may hear children playing in the pool, cleaners working, and even the sound of a rooster early in the morning. Although they do provide earplugs to combat this. Light sleepers might want to bring earplugs or request a quieter room if possible.

We very much enjoyed our stay and experience at THEE! The location of the hotel was great—a short 10-minute walk to the Old City. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants, cocktail bars, and spas located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel if you didn't want to venture too far. The indoor/outdoor design and vibe of the hotel created a beautiful and peaceful environment to relax in. The rooms were spacious, clean, and outfitted with everything you might need. The staff was very kind and accommodating to our requests. 10 out of 10!

The fitness room was very small, but that wasn't a dealbreaker. It had enough equipment to get the job done!
