The location is good, 2-3 minutes walk from one of the new attractions in Chiang Mai, Mae Kha Canal, but also close to the old town area, where the big Sunday night bazaar happens. The hotel is a boutique type, the beds are extremely comfortable (mattress, pillows, everything). Very clean, excellent breakfast, small but tastefully designed bathrooms. If I had to point out something negative it would be the lack of storage space, if you stay for several days and want to take your clothes out of your luggage you won't have much space to put them. A location where I will definitely return.

The best part about this hotel is the wonderful staff. They are so caring, kind and will go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. Thank you for spoiling me, Wit and May 🥰 The hotel itself is nicely decorated and very stylish The bed was the most comfortable I ever got in Thailand which made for fantastic sleep The facilities are very handy: there’s a small gym (just one treadmill, a bicycle, bench and some weights) and a small pool They offer a simple breakfast which was perfect for me and every afternoon there are free drinks both w/wo alcohol with some snacks which is a wonderful treat The location is fairly good and what’s even better is they provide free bikes so you get some extra range 🚲 It’s a cute, little hotel and I had a great stay.

The rooms could be engineered a lot better: no plug in the bathroom, no space to hang/ store clothes, air conditioning was super weak and I encountered several broken things (nothing major!) The pool is mainly in the shade The bikes could use some maintenance But overall the pros outweigh the shortcomings 😊

Nice, clean place in a traditional style. Convenient location in walking distance and not too far away from the old town. Breakfast with various options and buffet to choose from.

The room we had didn't have a safety box. That would add to the hotel's niveau. The very small fitness studio could do with a little brush up. It's located directly opposite the breakfast area, so you watch people having breakfast while sweating in there, or vice versa. One more thing to be aware of - though definitely not the hotel's fault - is the constant crowing of the neighbours' cocks, no matter what time. We woke up several times each night... Other than that no complaints.

Good service, refill of tea stuff and water everyday.long breakfast hours, checkout time not too early, 24hr service desk,comfortable bed, pool area, price,free watergun for songkran, free bicycles rental, umbrella in room, extension cord, sandals ,hairdryer etc Feels like they really put some thought into making the stay enjoyable. Complimentary beer and snacks was nice and unexpected, but the glasses were comically small and just filled up with only foam if you try to pour from the tap. Maybe better if you use proper glasses and limit the number of drinks.

Breakfast was not the best, the meal with bacon,toast egg...egg was too runny and it seemed to have some water in it, in addition to the runny yolk, made the toast wet and bad, very little bacon. No meal offers good variety,think english breakfast...cold cuts, bacon, slices of tomato,sausages, grilled onions, baked beans,fried rice, tomato chutney, boiled egg, thai options

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access nearby attractions. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, adding a personal touch to the experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax after a day out. They provided an extension cable which included plugs and USBs to charge electrical items. I thought this was an excellent touch and more hotels need to do this.

it’s worth noting that noise can be an issue. The walls are quite thin, so you may hear children playing in the pool, cleaners working, and even the sound of a rooster early in the morning. Although they do provide earplugs to combat this. Light sleepers might want to bring earplugs or request a quieter room if possible.

We very much enjoyed our stay and experience at THEE! The location of the hotel was great—a short 10-minute walk to the Old City. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants, cocktail bars, and spas located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel if you didn't want to venture too far. The indoor/outdoor design and vibe of the hotel created a beautiful and peaceful environment to relax in. The rooms were spacious, clean, and outfitted with everything you might need. The staff was very kind and accommodating to our requests. 10 out of 10!

The fitness room was very small, but that wasn't a dealbreaker. It had enough equipment to get the job done!

The hotel was good and so was the staff. Breakfast was a menu that one could choose from with a limited buffet spread. The French toast was great. The hotel staff were friendly and helped with getting us contacts for our day trips to Doi Inthanon and Doi Suthep Temple. The hotel was a 20 min walk away from the main market.

The room was pretty basic and the WIFI wasn't that great and kept disconnecting. They did not have lunch or dinner options in the hotel and we had to purchase food via Bolt from outside. There was a bar but did not offer any food and closed by 10:30 pm.

Very price worthy hotel with elegant interior: + Lovely entrance and first impression. We were greeted by a young receptionist with an amazing calm aura. It felt very Zen to arrive here 7:00 in the morning. + We got access to our room much earlier (we didn't even have to ask) + Nice spacious room with cute details + Lovely staff which helped us with taxis, laundry, guidance + Clean and fresh bathroom, no grubiness + Short walk from old town ~10 minutes + Bikes to borrow for free (best for short rides only) + Elegant Asian-style interior

The hotel is nice and striving to be on a somehow upscale level. Our room was decorated nicely, but showing some signs of wear. Staff is professional and doing a good job.

Regular room rates a (much) to high for what you get. The pool is too small for swimming, our air conditioner was rattling on the balcony, the parking lot is small on another compound, and there’s kind of a garbage dump on a piece of land on the other side of the road. The fact, that many guests seems to stay on promotion fares leads to some guests which I usually try to avoid when making a booking. Maybe I am a bit unfair to the hotel because I am really disappointed about Chiang Mai and how it changed negatively over the past years.

I'm not sure if that was a matter of hotel itself, or beautiful city of Chiang Mai - but we loved it! The hotel room was big, clean and well done (bed was comfortable, furniture were solid, overall the place had a high quality). We had provided water, tea, cosmetics and a nice pair of local clothes. Hotel also offers renting bicycles, which was a great way of sightseeing city center during the middle of the day. Quality/Price ratio was brilliant, and I would recommend this place to everyone. Staff was nice and helpful. Also, breakfast was very good (the best one we encountered during our stay in various hotels).

We were out of the season, so the water in pool didn't seem so clean. But considering all the other things - that's a minor disadvantage.
