We loved our stay here, stayed for three nights while exploring Chiang Mai. One of our favourite places we stayed on our 6 week travel around South East Asia! Location was perfect for us and the attention to detail with the facilities was brilliant. Room was light and clean with excellent aircon. Laundry services were so handy and breakfast had a good spread, something there for everyone. The common area of the pool and seating was lovely and we really appreciated the free cold water and treats readily available. The staff were incredibly friendly and warm and looked like they were happy to be there :)

Nothing apart from there wasn’t a safe in the room but we were able to store our valuables with reception and collected them when we needed them.

This was one of the best places we have stayed. Whoever designed the hotel knows about things people look for. Impeccably clean, comfortable beds, warm showers. But then everything else- delicious buffet breakfast, free water and free snacks all day! Then there was the free washing machines and dryers! We also loved the pool, the staff and the cat. The best thing was that it was plastic free- as the water bottles were all glass and were reused. This is what all hotels should work towards. It is the benchmark in providing an amazing stay.

Facilities were lovely and the hotel was very clean. Exceptionally comfortable beds!! Breakfast was ample and creative. We are vegetarian and there were enough options for us eventhough the food here is so meat heavy. The pool is the focus of the hotel, great for a dip. The staff were always friendly and ready to help. Clothes,washing facilities were really helpful and it's just a 15 minute walk into the center.l so location was good for us.

The hotel is modern, a spacious room and a comfortable bed. Real! coffee is free at the entrance, so is water and tea. Breakfast was ok for vegetarians although not too much to choose from. Seating area in front of the pool is nice. Location was quite good, 10minutes from Chiang Mai gate, so very quiet at night.

The staff at the reception were not very welcoming, each time we passed or had to ask something and during check-in and check-out, they were grumpy and cold. Cleaning in the room was terrible, still full of hair and dirt on the floor and on the surfaces.

Very modern, clean and vibrant hotel. Attentive staff and amazing choice of breakfast. The hotel has a really lovely laid back atmosphere with travellers from all over the world drifting through for a few days and congregating in the open space of the hotel. The free washer / dryers were a great addition as we were a family of 5 travelling. The best hotel of our 3 week holiday in Thailand and also one of the cheapest.

No interconnecting rooms for families.

The hotel was very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was ice and bottled water free of charge 24-7 which was amazing. The daily breakfast had a great variety and was very hygienic. Had washing facilities on site which was a great bonus. The location was good and the pool immaculate with fresh clean towels to use whenever you needed. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Great value for money

A very small issue was having just one chair for the balcony.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was cosy and beautifully decorated, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a nice variety to choose from. Most of all, the staff were exceptionally kind and supportive – always helpful and welcoming. Just one tip: avoid leaving crumbs from snacks or sweets, or open drinks in the room, as it might attract ants. Other than that, everything was wonderful and I’d happily stay again.

The property offered free pick-up from the airport. All breakfast, snacks, and water was all inclusive. The team was really sweet and helpful. The vibe of the hotel was very boutique hotel style. If you want to do temple or elephant excursions, you can do it right at the hotel and for a more affordable price.

There was a little misunderstanding with noise levels, that were coming from a different room but I was asked about it. I informed them of the situation and that was that.

Clean and helpful staff!

One suggestion would be to add a bit more variety to the breakfast buffet and maybe bananas/oranges during the day as a snack.

Breakfast had a great variety of western and locals. The free flowing drinks and food was something we did not expect. The place is well located and easy to get Grab services to the locations we wanted to go. Location wise is very convenient to the local markets

The water at the shower flows very slowly as I think the floor trap is clogged. When we checked out we informed the counter staff as feedback to clear the clogging. I would like to suggest that there are some shelfs or tray for us to put our toiletries in the shower area
