Lovely people. Everything is kept very clean and the cleaners work hard. Location is really ideal and at the same time it is quiet. Breakfast is very good and they do their best to accommodate you in every way. The young lady and young man at the reception, Peggy and Andy are so wonderful, always friendly and helpful. The lady owner and her sister are lovely people always wishing to help in any way and give advice.

The room is very small and there are pipes running down the walls. I travel alone so for me ok. I must honestly confess that considering the size of the room, there is no lift and no swimming pool (not necessary but I am comparing it to the previous address iI had in Chiang Mai) , I do consider the price of the room a little high. My apologies to the lovely owners but I need to be honest with respect to my fellow travellers.

Our stay at this hotel was incredible. The staff here make this hotel what it is, a very welcoming, safe and enjoyable place to be! We stayed as a group of 4 and it had everything we needed. The hotel organised our taxis and transport for day-to-day activities & to take us to our next destination (Pai). They have 3 beautiful dogs here too, who are very friendly & love cuddles. The staff were honestly the kindest people I’ve ever met. Breakfast was gorgeous. Rooms had everything in that we needed & we have no complaints at all. I will tell everyone I know that comes to Chiang mai to stay here. Thank you so much.

The room feels cozy and clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. and the breakfast was delicious and well thought out.

However, there was a power outage for half a day on our first day of stay. Most of the guests were quite disturbed as the air conditioning and everything else were completely out of service. It was pitch black that night and the next morning, and I didn’t sleep at all. Luckily, we were there in December; I can’t imagine being without air conditioning in the summer. Fortunately, the issue was fixed by noon the next day. Also, if you have an elderly person with you, be aware that there’s no lift.

Location. Small but comfortable rooms, with coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Hot breakfast included. Easy check in and check out

You have to pay in THB for the rooms at checkin. Plus extra 300 THB (refundable deposit) per key card. We had booked 2 rooms and were unable to get 2 extra key cards (which would be 1200 THB) as we had used up a lot of our exchanged currency enroute from Chiang Rai thinking we can go into town in Chiang mai and get exchange after check in. So make sure you have sufficient exchange if you want extra key cards after paying for room.

Breakfast was an awesome sumptuous buffet everyday with variety that was more like a lunch. You weren't hungry after eating, you got to eat until you were mega-full, and with food that was good enough for a dinner. The area is very clean. The receptionist "Dream" was a wonderful gal who called a few places on my itinerary to make sure my trip went smoothly. Naturally she spoke Thai, and was able to assure certain details in place. I would say Dream's help with booking my other trips is what made the stay for me rate a "wonderful" instead of just "very good".

The room is a bit claustrophobic for an American. I'm not a big guy, but almost bumping into the bed or table because everything is so close together. The bed is very small. But truth be told, get yourself out and about, no reason to be staying in your room, ha ha ha!

Everything is perfect

WiFi isn’t good enough for working remotely, however for all other reasons it is ok.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable bed. Water, drinks, instant coffe and little snacks in the room replenished everyday. There are enough outlets in the room to charge your devices. It's close enough to the Old Town and far away from the noise and hussle.

Maybe it was just a bad luck but the wifi was really slow. I couldn't make a simple voice call. It was difficult to even browse sometimes. The network for my floor was disappearing all the time and the other networks weren't any better. I had to buy extra data package for my sim card to be able to make make some calls. Also the shower curtain could be changed.

Rooms were great had everything you possibly would want or need. They were very attentive at all times.

Warm water was not as good but manageable

This is a new hotel. It did not have any amenities on site but was perfect for touring the City. Walking distance from many restaurants. Provides a good breakfast buffet with both hot and cold food.(included) All you can eat. Close to airport. Quiet at night. Laundry facilities within 5-10 minute walk (do it yourself) or there was a laundry service across the street if you would rather have someone do it for you. A couple of restaurants beside hotel that were simple but good. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean.

The property was really clean and staff were really nice. Even though their English was not very good they did their best to help with everything and were really kind. They provide a lot of drinks and snacks to the rooms for free and they offer good laundry service for a reasonable price. The location was good 10 min walk from the old town also 10 min walk to different tours meeting points and the hotel is eligible for pick-up for some tours in Chiang Mai.
