Comfortable room, nice bed, good bathroom and very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast with multiple options: 3 types of cereal, yogurt, milk, fresh fruit, small salad bar. Some changing Thai dish everyday like fried rice or noodles and white rice. Toast bread, fried or scrambled eggs, ham, sausages and jam. coffee, tea, orange juice and water. Special coffees available for an extra charge (latte, cappuccino etc). Since Chiang Mai suffered big flooding before we arrived the pool was out of order, but they worked really hard and had it open again from the day we left.

We didn't have any hand soap by the sink, only shampoo and body soap in the shower, so to wash your hand you have to get it from there. The air-conditioning wasn't mega powerful, a big loud and turns off when you leave the room (taking the hotel card out).

We were staying here for my girlfriend’s 28th birthday, on 31st October 2024. A really amazing experience, from start to finish, there was such a great vibe in this hotel, the food was amazing and they really went the extra mile for my partners birthday with a cake, gifts, and an overall great experience ❤️ Thank you to all at White Boutique Hotel & Spa 🙏🙏🙏

Great location easily walkable to different sites. Rooms styled with nice details. Fair selection at breakfast of Thai and other options.

Lots of signs in the room for fines for various infringements. Also got a note from reception asking us not to hang wet clothes outside to dry which is the first time in months of travel this wasn't possible (they did offer us another inside location instead but not convenient). Pool could have been cleaner.

Staff were super friendly and the hotel was very good. High quality feeling. The hotel also prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for my wife. Beds are comfortable and our room was a good size and in good condition. This stay was better than we expected.

My only suggestion would be that the pool hours (10-7) are not long enough.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. The room was spacious and quiet. The swimming pool was only to refresh yourself and the area was quite small, but it was still a nice place to relax. The location was excellent. We could walk everywhere and Grab was always easy to get.

Room was clean and big. Comfortable bed. Staff was kind and helpful. Pool area was nice. They provided us with water bottles every day. Breakfast was simple, enough to get your day started.

Room a little dark. Location was good, a bit of a little walk to get to the main attractions, has a few twists and turns to get to main streets, but overall it was doable

The Hotel is nice and the room very comfortable, all super clean and the staff very kind. Also the breakfast was riched. Everyday the ladies came for cleaning, change towels and fulfilled with water bootles.

staff were very friendly and organised a birthday cake for my boyfriends birthday! the breakfast was a buffet so we enjoyed that! the room was big and comfortable and the bathroom was really pretty & clean

the pool was a little overlooked but was still really nice and especially nice to have one after being in Chiang mai for a few weeks! the location was a little walk out of the main square of the old city but was still manageable!
