Top marks (I'm a prof), in fact, A+! Super friendly and helpful staff, super clean, sleek minimal contemporary design, convenient and quiet location 1 block from the southeast corner of the Old City walls. The bed seemed rather firm at first, but proved to be extremely comfortable. And excellent breakfasts; I can't believe the selection of Thai and Chinese and western foods which change every day, and we were there 6 days. My daughter met up with us near the end of our stay who has a peanut allergy, so we asked the staff which foods had peanuts, and were informed quickly (it was the pad Thai). The next morning, the chef walked by and immediately told us that that morning, none of the food had peanuts. This is a level of care that is impressive. We liked this hotel so much we booked it again after traveling to other areas, and when we returned, it felt like coming home. Oh yes, and it's super reasonably priced, which doesn't hurt. Highly recommended, would stay again in a heartbeat.

really can't think of anything ; the path in for cars is narrow, so we kept telling our Grab drivers to let us off at the entrance, and back out. but this is just a little detail for convenience.

Among numerous hotels i have visited, this was definitely the best. Very welcoming and kind. Crystally clean room with a breathtaking view of taking off planes with the misty mountains in the background. Variety food for breakfast in abundance. Clean kitchen, delicious, and fresh. Amasing harmon kardon speaker in the room, air purifier, and remote control of curtains. Spacious room and enormous comfortable bed with 6 pillows. Strong and efficient ac. There is a kettle and a coffe maker in the room too. We were happy with location - very quiet and having a bike was very convenient to visit different places. Two night markets are quite near. Overall, we definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for your high professionalism.

I spent an amazing week at CREW Hotel and every aspect exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive and genuinely eager to help; nothing was ever too much trouble. As someone who works on the road, the dedicated coworking space with lightning-fast fiber-optic internet was a game changer. Having unlimited hot drinks, fresh fruit and chilled water on hand meant I could stay productive (and hydrated) without leaving the hotel. Every morning started on a high note with an exceptional breakfast, freshly prepared and varied each day; it quickly became one of the highlights of my stay. After work, the serene indoor pool became my go-to spot to unwind. Despite being in the heart of Chiang Mai, the property is remarkably quiet; I slept like a dream thanks to the plush mattress and high-quality linens. The bathroom deserves a special mention too; the powerful rainfall shower felt like a daily spa treatment. Location wise, you are within easy walking or short Grab ride distance of cafés, markets, temples and the Old City, and you still return to a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. In short, CREW Hotel delivers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience and genuine hospitality. I would not hesitate to book again and highly recommend it to anyone, especially fellow remote workers looking for a hassle-free, inspiring place to stay.

The amazing view from the picture window of our duplex was absolutely breathtaking. Since our room is a duplex, there was ample space for us who brought in work (laptop, portable monitor) alongside our touristy clothes. The room is also complete with a harmon speaker which entertained us when we chose to just stay at the hotel because of the weather. The tub also has a picture view which is a delight. The breakfast menu everyday is something you look forward to as they change it daily. The limitless free cold water saved us from having to go out and buy water. Also when you request for room service, they refill the mini-fridge with free coke. And of course, the staff are a delight.

Not really something I didn’t like but maybe replace the two single sofa into a singular long sofa at the living area.

The room was clean and cleaned daily very well. Breakfast had some food options. The hotel is located near many dining options. Access to Grab is easy and affordable to go around chiang mai, easy for tours to pick you up. It's also very close to the airport, about 15 minutes. I liked the smart tv availability, although the tv was a bit complicated to operate sometimes, not straightforward with the two remotes. Room size was good and could accommodate luggage and still had space to move around. Staff were great.

-Mattress and pillows were hard, that's just our personal preference, though. we prefer softer Mattress and pillows -The room didn't have a view of the neighbourhood ,just the back of a house, which made it feel a bit closed in. Adding a balcony would help with that. - bathroom didn't have counter space, which wasn't convenient,products had to be stored elsewhere in the room - the aircon didn't spread across the room well, just concentrated in one area, which fortunately was aimed at the bed area.

Loved EVERYTHING about CREW hotel! What a fabulous little hotel hidden in an alley yet near enough to the old city. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, the fantastic breakfast, the shower was strong, new fluffy towels, firm bed and the UNLIMITED water and fruits available throughout the day!!!! And when I checked out, they even presented me with a little gift ! I can’t recommend this gem enough!

Minor dislike.. walls are thin so the man next door coughing and clearing his throat all night really messed up my sleep

Staff & service: exceptional. Very attentive, never had to wait even when it was busy if I had any request. the breakfast buffet/ choice is amazing, free water and fruits /cookies and coffee all day; There is a long breakfast table if u want company but also tables. I have special dietary needs and the chef made sure I had a variety of quality food to eat. Staff was so kind and helped with very good laundry service, taxi rides, rooms are being cleaned whenever requested, towels replaced etc. Very clean & functional rooms/bathroom; free bikes; overall very pleasant ambience & staff seem to be happy which really adds to the experience. Location great too. Would definitely stay again.

Everything! We had some health-related issues and the staff helped us with everything. The room was spacious, modern, quiet and cozy and we could have a proper rest. Close to the south gate for a good selection of food stalls for dinner and to the Saturday walking street market. The included breakfast was very varied, for all tastes. Complementary unlimited water and fruit were very appreciated. Highly recommend!

If I really have to find a flaw, the pool is indoors and the water is too cold. But there are so many positive aspects that can be overlooked.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful! The free bottled water was wonderful as well. The breakfast selection was tasty too. The view of the mountain every morning upon waking up was really pleasant. Would definitely book duplex suite again.

Would be perfect if there’s laundry machine in the hotel so that we don’t have to walk 5-10 mins to the nearest. No gym but a 15 min walk will bring you to pump fitness that you can pay per entry for 120b. The pillows were a little stiff too, but nothing to complain about for the price paid.

Quaint little hotel, very near the Chiang Mai Gate. Clean rooms, with all basic amenities, except for a cupboard to store clothes. Staff was attentive and very helpful, a big plus! Breakfast was really good, plentiful and varied, a strong plus.

Outside services recommended by CREW could be improved some, but generally acceptable (laundry, tours, etc.) Beds a little hard for our taste, but this is the Thai standard. Pillows could allow for some soft and some hard... a detail at this level. Since most days tours involve a 7am pickup, it would be useful if breakfast could start at 6:30am... not 7am.
