The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the room has everything I'm looking for: kettle, fridge, air conditioning, outdoor space (balcony), great charging locations by the bed, bedside lamps, good wifi. The location is great for exploring the city. I was there during their flood recovery and not only did the keep my reservations, they had that place cleaned and ready to receive guests. Great price on top of everything else, I will stay here again.

Shower was a little limp, you could hear other guests easily in the halls.

Perfect location - equal close distance from the Old Walled City and the Night Markets but on a quiet street. The rooms were big and very clean, the rest of the hotel equally spotless. Strong AC, very nice bathrooms, good wifi. The staff could not have been more helpful. Service was simply superb. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a very comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and an easy, accessible location to all the major sites. The staff are extremely responsive and helpful and do everything they can to make your stay wonderful! There is a great Thai restaurant just a minute walking distance from the hotel ( and I don't use the word "great" lightly - it has the #1 ranked curry in Chiang Mai on its menu! ) plus some good convenience stores all within the block. Room has a balcony, lots of natural light and a number of amenities.

Shower temperature could be warmer but that's a subjective judgement as I like a hot one - temp is probably fine for everyone else! Had some initial issues with WiFi but owner was able to address very efficiently.

The staff were amazing and so friendly. The room was huge and well equipped - there were slippers, a hair dryer, fresh water every day and some snacks. A lovely room in a great location to see the city, explore the night markets and in close proximity to a number of lovely cafes.

The bed was uncomfy and the road noise was a little loud - however this did not detract from my stay.

The room was large and super clean. The bed was very comfortable and the staff most welcoming.

We were there for 8 days so the breakfasts became a bit repetitive. Also, although we requested no pork / bacon, they still put this on our plates. They obviously didn't understand our written and verbal request. We found this quirky and not a problem.

Hard beds and pillows, showers not too good

Perfect hotel in a perfect location. Walking distance to all main attractions, yet the hotel is situated on a quiet road itself. Rooms were clean, modern & spacious.

The shower needs to be postioned higher on the wall. It was so low down, and this made showering difficult.

Great location just outside the old city

The toilet, AC and nearby roads were occasionally noisy at night, but no big deal.

Spacious room, friendly staff, nice location close to center and night markets, daily cleaning, you could feel private as hotel is quite small

Shower had some mold stains on the ceiling

The hotel was great! The rooms are big, clean and the smell is amazing We booked with the staff all the activities and they helped us with every request :) The staff are really nice people and they did an amazing job hosting us. The hotel is in great location and the price is affordable, and we recommend everyone to stay here when they come to Chiang mai!
