I have been to many places in Chiang Mai but this one is my favorite so far. The hotel is beautiful and modern. Location is close to everything (10-15 min walk), but in the night it’s very quiet. The bed is big and really comfortable. It is very clean, they come every day to clean the room and provide 2 bottles of water. There is also a fridge and hairdryer. Shower is really good with hot water and shower gel/shampoo. I had an amazing time at Luck Thai Hotel and I will definitely take a room again when coming back to Chiang Mai.

The staff is not the most friendly I have seen in Thailand. Some members are nice but there is a very unpleasant receptionist which is a shame in an establishment of this quality. He never says hello and it is so unpleasant to interact with him because he seems annoyed of its job. Bathroom is a bit small and the sink is outside the bathroom which is not what I prefer but it’s ok. These are just details, I really enjoyed this establishment.

The room was neat and clean. Location is acceptable although a slightly longer walk to the night bazaar especially when the road to the hotel was dark and not well lit at night. Breakfast variety was good. We would especially like to comment on the honesty of the staff as one of our friends misplaced an expensive ring. It was found on the toilet floor and Mr Arsan Sae-Lee from Sales & Marketing took the effort to bring it all the way to the Airport Departure to hand it over to my friend. We would like to convey our grateful thanks to Mr Arsan.

The wifi had very poor connection in the rooms =((. This should be improved. Also there was no face towel and soap for washing hands beside the sink.

I stayed in a suite as other rooms were fully booked. Very nice 2 room suite. Comfortable bed. Great air conditioning and hot water for showers. Very clean. Great location. Three minute walk to many restaurants and bars Loy Kroh road. two minute walk to a nice Belgian bar with 10 craft beers on tap. Very nice gentleman who checked me in late at night and checked me out early in the morning. He was kind enough to help me with my Grab Songthaew booking to the airport. He spoke with the driver on the phone and waited with me until the driver arrived. Very nice and helpful.

Nothing. Everything was good. It seemed that the internet and digital TV reception was a bit slow, but that was the case outside as well. Wi-Fi signal at the hotel was strong.

As I walked up to reception, the lady working commented on my smile.. It was so nice to have such a friendly welcome.. I did mention to her *what's not to smile about, I am in Thailand*. I was far enough away from the main party area to suppress any noise yet close enough to be within a short walk of all the excitement

umm. I really can not think of anything I did not like about this place.

The price is competitive and the staff is absolutely lovely. It is in a decent location too, and quiet neighbourhood. Bed was comfy too.

The room is a bit smaller than I expected, though is still liveable for a couple. Upon entering, the floor was dusty and bathroom could do with a bit of a clean (visible cobwebs), but overall decently clean. The breakfast area is outdoors so just an FYI.

It would have been nice to have more hangers and a cupboard or dresser to put your clothes in instead of living out of a suitcase for 2 weeks. We would have loved to have had a cappuccino out of their coffee machine in the lobby without having to pay for the buffet breakfast to get one.

Huddle in this quiet lane just a short walk from the main road that is an easy walk into the historic wall city is this new hotel. It is very clean, quiet and with helpful staff who speak good English to help in every which way. The breakfast each morning (200 Thai Baht,=US$6) you can have a very good breakfast buffet with some variations each morning. My room was very quiet and comfortable.

Great price off-season very few travelers so I felt lucky to have a great price and a good location because it’s close to everything but it is a little tricky to find with a car but that’s what GPS is for. Great value and very clean

Can’t think of a negative

Brand new place everything is immaculately clean. Good location a short walk to the old city and in a quiet place so it’s peaceful for relaxing in the seating area or by the pool. There’s also hanging for clothes and some hangers which are not provided in most other low budget hotels.

As with most low budget hotels the walls are quite thin so I could hear the neighbours tv. there are signs saying no noise from 7pm but no one enforced this as another guest was regularly walking down the corridor outside my room at midnight talking loudly on the phone. it would’ve good to have a full length mirror in the room. The reception staff took a very long time to check me in and then I became locked out of my room before my stay was over because there had been an error on their system.
