The staff were extremely friendly and attentive to all our needs, ensuring a very comfortable stay. We had issues with the aircon and hot water and they attended to these immediately and fixed the issue straight away. They also offered us room service everyday and asked if we needed any more water which was a really nice touch. They have a cat there too, she is super friendly. The room is large and spacious with a balcony. Very clean. Aircon works well. Not too noisy.

The hotel is a bit dated, could use with a new coat of paint but otherwise it is very clean and nothing is broken and no mould or weird smells. For the bathroom, it would be nice if there was a shower curtain across the bathtub as every time I shower, water sprays all over the bathroom floor.

Excellent location, friendly and very helpful staff. Quiet location within easy walking distance of many tourist attractions, shopping areas, eating places, etc. A good value compared to other Chiang Mai guesthouses in the same price range.

Stairs are steep, narrow, and have no handrails. Furnishings of the rooms are starting to show their age; still comfortable, but will need renovation eventually. Doors have no deadbolts, Walking to other parts of town goes through a lively red-light district, safe at all times of the day and passers-by are not harassed, but some may find it distasteful.

Very local to shops and restaurants, whilst also being in a quiet area. Staff were really friendly and helpful. They allowed an early check in and moved my room without me asking as a previous guest had smoked in there. Great price for the rooms.

The lodge is a bit old fashioned but still comfortable and good for the price.

The air conditioners are not the correct size for the room and are very lackluster, it takes a lot of time to build up a good level of cool especially in the hot season. They really could do with upgrading all of the air conditioners to new inverter models, much more efficient.

First room we got had a balcony with view to the back, ut was peaceful,we were very happy!

Second bookng not that good because the balcony has view on the street, with all the noise thats comes with it. So rooms with back view muuuuuch better that street view/noise
