The things we liked the most about our stay were the staff, the outside area and the location. Both the lady and the man were super friendly and happy to help with anything to ensure we had a great stay! The outside space was really cool as there were different seating areas and a great pool. It is located in a quiet area but at walking distance from the hustle and bustle of the city and the temples.

You have everything you need and it’s good value for money, but it’s not necessarily “a great” sleeping/bedroom experience

Big clean room, comfy bed. Lovely pool area. Good WiFi 5 mins walk to old wall area with daytime outdoor market 15 mins walk to main night markets, but other small places along the way. Lots of local bars around every turn Surprisingly, there is a renovated canal going away from town, one of our best finds! Great food and drink.

Could not get shower temp right scalding No hangers in wardrobe!! Old style TV so could not connect. Shower by pool did not work.

The beds were very comfy and the staff are so so so lovely. The location is decent. You'd need to use Grab taxi service a lot, but it's not expensive so that was okay!

People upstairs were dragging chairs randomly at 4am?! Would be good if the chairs could have leg pads so that you cannot hear the people above. I literally got about 4 hours sleep -_-

We’ve been here two times for around 2 weeks. The vibe is very relaxing and chilled. Staff is very friendly and do everything they can to help you. It’s great value for money. The location is good, short walking distance to the main square and main attractions. They provide free coffee and tea also. Air conditioning works great.

I am from Australia and have stayed several times at Wiriya House. It is a great hotel, exceptional value, fun, great staff, great pool and shared courtyard poolside.It is grea location too.

Rooms ready for an update vs great value compared to literally everything in Chiang Mai.

We loved our stay here. It was our favourite place we have stayed in Thailand. The staff went above and beyond and really made us feel at home. The outdoor pool is really great and the outdoor seating is really lovely in the evening with all the gorgeous fairy lights. The room was big and clean and comfortable. This place is genuinely a gem in Chiang mai and amazing value for money. Will be recommending to everyone we know.

Only a few little things really, nothing major Beds were a bit hard but not too bad. 10 - 15 minute walk to town. Water pressure in bathroom was pretty bad, only the sink, shower was ok.

It was easy walking distance from the city center, quiet, gave a nice neighborhood feel, and had friendly staff. They even gave me two free water bottles per day.

The outlets were too far from the bed and the nightstands. It's very inconvenient to charge your phone and laptop, especially when you need your phone as your alarm.

I liked the quietness away from traffic and noise. I could hear the chanting monks from a close by Wat. Only a short walk to the centre of Chaingmai. The gardens were lush, and the pool was cool. My room was spacious and comfortable. The sheets and towels were soft and fluffy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was nothing I did not like about this place

We have stayed here twice now and love it. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The beds are so comfortable!! The pool area is nice too

The bathroom is not the nicest. Bit of mould and dirty ceiling but not the end of the world. You have to have the AC on to have hot water!!
