We loved the location. It’s within a lovely local neighborhood that’s a short walking distance to Old Town. The pool right outside the room was a huge highlight and the room itself was very clean and spacious. We would definitely recommend to anyone.

The bed itself is a bit too firm for us but we still slept soundly each night. The shower was an issue. The water would spray on the outside of the tub and cause a lot of water to spill onto the floor so we had to use a lot of towels after each shower to soak up the mess.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was unexpectedly extended every week for 3 weeks due to a typhoon in neighbouring countries then by the double flood in Chiang Mai. The room was spacious and we loved the view of the banana trees and squirrel highway from our window. Very close to Old Town and the food stalls at Chiang Mai Gate. Also within easy walking distance of restaurants, laundry and silver temple. We loved having the pool on our slow days in Chiang Mai when our trip was affected by floods. The room had a desk to work at and a table for us to eat at when we ordered in. The staff were very professional. We can recommend this place and would come again next time in Chiang Mai!

Clean, friendly, comfortable and quiet. About a 7 min walk to Chiang Mai gate. In an excellent area just off of Wu Lai walking street. Lots of little shops and cafes one street over and plenty of local stores and shops along the road/walk to old city. EXCELLENT value for money. We booked a room on the lower level, beside the pool and even though it he hotel was fully booked we rarely saw others around the pool. Pool is great for a dip to cool down. Staff is friendly and always smiling. Overall we loved it as our ‘home’ for a week. Would return.

Nothing. If I had to find a negative, it would be nice if they had a cafe, but there is a kettle and coffee in the rooms to compensate.

Cozy and quiet small hotel located outside the old city yet not too far. Walking distance to Chiangmai Gate and all the stuff there. The staff are very friendly as the room is spacious and comfortable. Although the facilities are a bit old, it doesn't change the recommendation for its Warm hospitality.

The swimming pool is lovely yet the water is a bit cold. Besides, one lamp is not working as the button of the coach needs a fix, all the best

One of the best places I've been to. The owner has great personality and is very caring. The cozyness of the place is beyond words. The location is great: 5-15 minutes walk to almost every place you'd want to visit as a tourist. The rooms are clean, the shower works well, the wi-fi is very fast and has coverage at every corner of the suit.

Good sized room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable, and the pool was quite good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Maybe a bit too far away from the cafes, restaurants etc around Chiang Mai, but was walkable. Walls were about thin so noise from outside got into the room pretty easily. Could hear something scurrying around in the ceiling the first night, but was nothing after that.

Definitely recommend! Om and the rest of the staff were friendly + helpful. Even booking our ride to the airport for us. The rooms were clean, with plenty of space + a very comfortable bed. Excellent location, only a 5 min walk into town and can find a driver nearby very easily. We loved our stay and wish we didn’t have to leave. Thank you so much for having us!

Nice and quiet small oldschool hotel. The location was a walking distance from the city centre. Staff was friendly but not pushy, which we appreciate. Our room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. Pool was small but still nice to have.

Only small problem was the low quality internet connection. We needed to have several online meetings during our stay and the internet was not good enough for this so we used our mobile internet. Otherwise all good!

Short walking distance to main gate of Old City, very quiet, excellent staffs! Good room size, pool right outside your room door a great bonus after a long hot day outside!

Toilet door doesn’t work to close properly! Shower very poorly designed as big pool of water after showering! Big step up to get into the tub to shower!!! Could use fresh caulking around the tub.

so close to chiang mai old town/city centre - literally a couple of minutes walking. amazing pool and lush rooms with lovely balconies. ended up extending our stay here we loved it so much!

nothing that we didn’t like, but since we experienced both the double room and the deluxe double room - i would say they are equally as good / very similar
