The staff is super friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you to feel good and have an amazing stay. Also, the location is perfect. Right close to the heart of the center, in radius of 50m you have groceries, pharmacy, laundry service, street food and during the weekend also night market. It is important to say, the hotel is 50m inside from the main street which is perfect as you are close to everything, but still the noise level is very low. Highly recommed and when I am coming back, I already know I will be staying here.

Breakfast could have a bit more of a selection, but still having 10 dishes available every morning is not that bad. Some people are complaining about the cleanliness, but I stayed there 11 nights and I don't have any major complaints.

The room lacked natural light, quite dark. Having to pre-order a cooked breakfast the previous day was inconvenient, although the staff would prepare something for you if you neglected to order.

This was our second stay at this hotel. This hotel has perfect location close to old city, night market, saturday and sunday walking streets, 7-11. Its located in a quit street so although its close to everything its very quiet and offers a good nights sleep. The mattrace is very firm which I like. Staff at the reception is friendly and although with limited command of english tries to help if they can. Laundry can be done through the reception as well.

The swimming pool is small and very cold which is disappointing. Breakfast is very basic but enough to get you started for the day. Pool towels are almost always out and when you mention this to the front desk it takes too long to get new ones. We booked three rooms and they were on two different floors and not really close to each other.

The hotel is quiet, room very spacious, AC was perfect, laundry was ok, they helped with scooter rental-was good, breakfast was simple, wifi was ok but it worked only on one of the laptops and on the other one it didn't. Pool is very small, but does the job, and it definitely is not a pool to chill at. Staff if great, helpful, and kind. They take card payments which is nice.

One day they ran out of clean towels (they are not white anymore, they're gray anyway), and they do change them everyday, but this time they just took the used ones and didn't leave us any towels to use. That was not fun cause the staff were gone, it was after 2pm, and we had to scavenge in their stirage rooms until we found a couple of towels that were usable. Also, we booked a day trip (Chiang Rai and golden triangle), with their partners, had to pay in cash, but it wasn't the best trip/van for 12 hours 💀 i do not recommend.

Clean, spacious, and well decorated room with lots of natural light from the window as well as cosy evening lighting • Lots of places to unpack your things and hang clothes up in the room, and lots of bathroom space too for toiletries • Very comfortable bed and great shower (good temperature and pressure) • Room was regularly cleaned and made-up, with replacement waters and toiletries if needed • Great location just outside the south walls of Chiang Mai Old City, within walking distance to loads of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and temples • Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff who were a pleasure to interactive with each day • Tasty hotel breakfast available with a menu of dishes, as well as fresh fruit and coffee (included for free in our specific booking) • Nice to be able to access a refreshing swimming pool, especially during the very hot weather of Chiang Mai in March • Very good value for money hotel considering the price we paid and the quality of stay!

The only criticism we can think of is that the swimming pool had quite a lot of leaves and some insects in on our first day of us using it, but the next day it had been fully cleaned and was much better. The pool area is mostly in the shade, but the hot, dry weather meant that it was still refreshing regardless!

The hotel is in an excellent location, perfectly placed for all the local attractions, temples, bars & restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful in their knowledge of the local area and information on the tours, the hotel offers a good breakfast, good strength wifi & there is a small pool. The room was a good size, featured all the essentials, good shower, mini fridge and a safe.

The only thing that I can think of is the pool area is restricted in the afternoon from the sun,

This hotel is a little gem,. The room was beautiful, very big and exceptionally clean. The hotel's location to the old city, night market etc is literally 2 minutes. We booked the triple room ( large king size for us, single bed for our son). Even with close proximity to busy center, its very quiet, you will not be disturbed by any street noise. Staff are friendly and smiley. You can order cooked option for breakfast, but we only had fruit, patisserie and cereals. The accommodation is more 4* than 3. We will only stay at this hotel, if return to Chiang Mai. Thank you to everyone at Mhonsa hotel.

For me the pillow were too thick, but that's personal choice as I sleep on my front.

Bed hard but got used to it.... If you go on the Doi Inthanon day excursion ours included a 3 kilometre trek which to be quite honest was brutal given my age and health problems so be warned and check what your booking

The hotel was excellently placed for access across the road to the walled city at Chiang Mai. The breakfasts were good with a choice of cooked breakfasts, fruits or cereals toast and jam was available. The staff were very helpful; arranging laundry for us and even trying to find us alternative accommodation; as they were full for the extra night that we wanted at Chiang Mai city.

The bed was a bit too firm for people with any back trouble, but normal for Thailand. A/C took some getting used to, but we found a way to get a comfort setting in the room.

This small hotel has a perfect location right next to the night market and very close to saturday and sunday walking streets. We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are large enough, there is a fridge as well. Breakfast was decent with a choice of main dish and than some buffett style options as well. The buffett options were very limited however. Staff was really friendly with basic english but willing to help and always smiling. If you need laundry done, they will take care of this as well. A lot of eating options nearby however we would not recommend the udon restaurant right across the street. The food there was not really good and quite expensive.

This hotel has a pool. Its small but thats not the issue. The issue is that it is really cold all day long and gets almost no sun shine. So even in hot weather it was rather cold to refresh oneself in the pool.
