It was very cheap for all the services that we got. The staff were really nice and accommodating. The facilities were nice. We were very comfortable with our stay. Plus the location is 10/10 — near to everything, plus there’s a street night market literally outside the hotel that happens every Saturday, which was really fun!

There was only one thing we didn’t like about our stay — it was the smell of smoke everytime we go inside our room. Maybe coz it was the “burning season” when we came. It bothered us at first but then it became bearable so it was okay.

The best part of this guesthouse is definitely the staff—they are professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They truly made me feel at home. My room had everything I needed, and I really enjoyed the breakfast and the cozy seating areas. The location is perfect, just outside the Old City, with the Saturday Night Market right at the doorstep. It’s also close to Chiang Mai Gate Market and plenty of great food vendors. A fantastic stay—I’d love to come back!

The rooms are very spacious and clean. It is nicely situated near the daily nightly food market and the weekend market. The staff is also very helpful and responsive when I needed something. The stay also includes free water and coffee during breakfast

It can get loud every now end then at night when motorbikes drive by.

The room itself was spacious and relaxing. I really liked the vibe and aesthetics of the place. The breakfast provided was enough to start the day.

I was not sure how to use the public transportation to go to and from. When I tried to ask, the staff said Grab was the best option. Though the Old City is quite walkable from here.

The staff were very friendly at check in and explained a little about the city and local attractions. They gave us slippers when we arrived, the room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately we had early tour pickups every day so we were unable to try their breakfast, which was included in our reservation.

For the price we paid (CHF 14.-) the place was absolutely worth staying at. Breakfast is included. They allowed us to leave the backpacks in the hotel while we did a multi day scooter trip.

Facilities are rather old and you can hear the cars very well. Breakfast had a strong meat taste even we asked for vegetarian.

Nice big property with good rooms. Provided a air purifier on request. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Good communal areas. Amazing location. Would recommend.

It was a beautiful stay. A spacious room, a nice shower room and a very friendly staff. And it includes breakfast. All of it, for an affordable price. I highly recommend.

Location is excellent to explore the Chiang Mai old town. The value for money is superb, the staff are very friendly and breakfast is even included.
