The staff are wonderfully helpful. The breakfast is modest, but absolutely sufficient and some how very warm and cozy in feeling, as the staff are making and serving the little buffet style breakfast in the same space, which I found very charming. The coffee is very good! I wouldn’t stay here for the pool, it’s good if you want a quick lil cool off dip. But that’s pretty much it. Over all, very sweet place, also right off Wualai road which hosts a great Saturday night street market.

Great location for night between connecting flights The staff are so helpful And the hotel really is beautiful- full of charm and character. Lots of eateries nearby and it’s a really clean part of Bangkok Staff is amazing and very helpful Good value, and we would stay again if we could get a bigger room

The location is superb. 20 m walking distance to the Saturday Night Market. The hotel is located in a small alley, so there is almost no traffic. Silent nights 😊

There was a lot to choose from when it comes to breakfast. What we however lacked, were fresh fruits and yogurt. During our stay they only served mandarins and a little papaya. We managed of course. Breakfast is a personal thing 😉

The location, the modern feel of the hotel, the room itself and the staff. The staff were great from the beginning, the room was perfect for one night staying in CM. Clean and had everything I needed. Would recommend for anyone visiting CM

The pool. Not a deal breaker however the pool area was very small and unless it’s empty I wouldn’t have used it however that’s just me.

Very easy to get to and from the airport, very close. Vey close to the South Gate and right on Wualai Rd for the Saturday night walking street market

Only downside is it can be tricky to access if the driver doesn't know the area well enough. Google maps show it as a through road to Wualai Rd (and it is if you're a scooter) otherwise the access is off a rear street.

Great location. Main street becomes a thriving night market on Saturday night. Easy walk to Chiang Mai Gate. Plenty of food nearby. Even a temple nearby. Our room and bathroom were spacious. Staff didn't speak much English but were very helpful. Water provided and refreshed daily. Breakfast was simple but good. Property nicely decorated. We liked the look. We really enjoyed our stay here. Very cozy.

Not a real negative, just an informative note - we had a very minor challenge finding the property at first because entrance is on a narrow alleyway and not on a main street. Taxi driver didn't know how to reach it but it's not hard once you see the signs. It's well marked. Just sharing so you don't get frustrated!

Breakfast, whilst limited was much better than much larger hotels, everyday it was very good. Location was excellent and the reason we selected Nuan was because it was right on the doorstep of Wua Lai night market and a stones throw from Chiang Mai South Gate and its excellent early morning market. Lunch and night meals also easily obtained from outside the same market.

Swimming pool was tiny and afforded no shade and air con occasionally leaked a little, ensuite had no bench space, staff had very limited English (but I do not expect everyone to speak my language - I am in a foreign speaking country after all!), other than this nothing to complain about.

Good location near Chiang Mai gate and the evening food stalls. Hotel in a quiet location. Pleasant room with comfortable bed. Breakfast included in price with good variety of foods. Staff very pleasant and helpful

Everything! The staff was super friendly, the place is spotless clean and we loved the small details in the room such as a bathrobe or slippers. The location is also quite good, you can reach all important points in Chiang Mai quite easily. Would absolutely recommend :)

Location was great, and the market on a Friday night right on your doorstep. Coffee machine great addition. Loved getting botteled water.

The breakfast was okay, not enough fruit and no joghurt, they had lovely mango and watermelon on the street, would expect to have some at breakfast.
