very close to everything, made it easy to walk to most places. reception is super friendly and helpful. allowed us to check in early after an overnight bus, so that was very much appreciated! daily housekeeping and inexpensive laundry service. good sized room with small shared balcony area. really nice to have the en-suite :)

the room is quite noisy as it’s next to the main road. as light sleepers, we needed headphones to sleep.

Nice location, just outside old town, 5 min walk to morning/nightmarket. Hotel also has a coffee bar and a 7 eleven and ATM near. Hostess spoke very good english and was super helpful. She offered options for tours and to rent a scooter at the hotel.

I usually like to book with breakfast, which isn't available at the location, though many places where you can get breakfast are near.

It was a spacious room with a great bed and shower, and even a table and chair to sit and work on my computer. Nice deck space with two chairs outside. I appreciated the small fridge, the kettle, and several hangers for clothes too. The room was basically better equipped than I expected. There isn't always someone at the "reception desk" (which is really just a small table outside), but I always got prompt responses to my messages, which was just as good really.

It is right in front of the main street in the center of Chiang Mai and so there is a certain amount of noise just from the traffic. I would have preferred not to have that noise, but it wasn't unbearable. Overall, I would still go back, because the positives outweighed the negatives by far.

Very stylish and contemporary. All facilities great. Customer service was excellent. No 24 hour desk but lady was available through WhatsApp and was speedy at replying. Near road but is peaceful and I got a good night's sleep. Bed comfy, cheap laundry service. Close to a 7-11 and a perfect location in Chaing Mai to access night markets etc 😊😊😊

The only downside was -Security - I was on the ground floor and the door into the room is a patio siding door with glass. Sadly I did not feel very safe as if someone wanted to break in all they need to do is shatter the glass. There is a house behind property who delivers food and motorcycles come up to their front gate to deliver which is just outside my door, no noise problem but they would know I was a female staying on my own. If your a solo female traveller there will be safer places for you to stay

The friendly receptionist, speedy check-in, prompt replenishment of room amenities. Very close to the Saturday Market, across the road is CM Gate Market where locals buy their daily breakfasts & marketing. 7-11 is within minutes of walk. There's a cafe infront of hotel. If you want constant attention of staff, this may not suit you. But this is exactly what I like, a free and easy simple room with safety and cleanliness. Basic toiletries provided. For the price I've paid, I am happy with the deal ! For check out , just drop key into the box ♡

These did not bother me though: No lift , a spiral stairs up to 2nd level. You may wanna ask if you need a room at ground level. No closet: if you care about hanging up all clothes. This following has nothing to do with hotel, but if you're using Bolt app for pickup point, be sure to select the correct pick up point on the roadside of hotel.. the app may prompt your location at across the road.

The staff was super helpful with booking activities as well as answering general questions about life in Chiang Mai. Tangmo was accessible by WhatsApp which made asking questions very easy! Im additon to daily cleaning, we also got new water bottles daily which was a nice treat! The hotel is also steps away from the Sarurday market and is within walking distance to most other places (there is even a durian stand next door that many Thai people buy from if you want to try the fruit!)

Unlike a hostel, all the rooms were separate so we didn't get to interact with other guests. Not a draw back per say but something to consider if you're more social

We really enjoyed our nights in this Hotel. Everything was clean and there was a daily cleaning service. The interior was also very pretty and comfortable. The owner Tangmo was so friendly and helpful. She told us when and where night markets were and helped us renting a motorbike.

-it is a self-service hotel that you will check in and out on your own -you can contact the owner via whatsapp if you need any help -coffee shop right in front of the hotel -great location to avoid going in old town with traffic jam (easy to grab taxi as well) -close to ChiangMai Gate market and Sat night market and airport too -king size bed enough for 2 people for sure

- there is no table in my room so it makes me difficult to work and place my belongings - great place if you don't stay long in the room or work remotely

Great location- located just across the street from the center square. Plenty of night markets, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Clean room with a great private patio and a cute cafe downstairs. Laundry service provided with front door pick-up and drop-off. Overall, this hotel had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The restroom was somewhat small but provides all of the essential amenities so this wasn't a problem for me personally.

Comfy bed, good location on the ring road and very clean. The lady helping us check in was really nice and offered lots of help and advice.

We were in the room at the front of the property and the noise from the road was a bit loud at points, but not too much of an issue. Also the curtains don’t cover the whole window so it gets very light in the mornings. Minor issues for the good price of the property though.
