I absolutely love EVERYTHING about this hotel. The staff are nice and helpful. One of them can even speak fluent Chinese. The laundry service is not only fast, convenient but also super cheap. The room is well-equipped and the cleaning service is superb. But all these pale in comparison with the sumptuous breakfast. We tried four dishes during our stay. All of them are wonderful.

Nothing really. This hotel is just flawless.

The place is well kept, small details all around give a home-like feeling and charm to the rather rudimentary but spacious rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, puts guests in the centre and gives their absolute best to make one feel comfortable. Location is ok to walk to some of the temples around. The only downside for me was the wild life outside, which is loud at night. The windows of the room offer zero noise reduction against it which makes sleeping more or less an impossible mission without ear plugs. For the record I am a heavy sleeper unlike my wife, who gets easily woken up by noises. Both of us couldn’t really sleep the first night. During the day it’s calm and quiet.

The staff and the breakfast were absolutely perfect. Nice fresh fruit and delicious egg sandwich. Special sauce in it. Very cute and nice. Overall pretty good location, perfect to visit the old town and nearby areas. The garden outside was smaller than imagined, but still very lovely and with beautiful koi fish. Typical thai style was also really appreciated.

Room was a bit outdated. Shower was shifting from cold to hot and the low pressure made it hard for us to enjoy a nice shower. Also the noise, some repetivive annoying sound, but we could not understand from were. One more thing I did not like it were the very tick windows, basically you cannot see anything. But the main problem is that I booked this hotel because they have a weed dispensary but this is not the case.

Awesome location! Walking distance to the market and many shops and restaurants. The courtyard is very cute, staff are friendly and receptive. Breakfast was nice, they give you coffee, juice, Thai dessert of the day and a fruit and then you pick your main meal (about 8 options). Room was spacious and clean. We did have ants but we had leftover sugary tea in our room so that was our own fault. They also have a fridge full of waters which was awesome!

Bed and pillows were not very comfortable, very hard bed and could definitely use a new mattress. There was a small leak under the sink so the floor got wet over time so we just put a towel down. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear your neighbors but most were very quiet and respectful. Overall not a huge issue and it’s good value for the price! Would stay again!

A good , clean, basic place. Particularly liked - warm, friendly, efficient staff; chill vibes in common areas , spacious room ( we stayed in junior ‘suite’). A visit to ‘Faces’ opposite Pak is a must - gorgeous surroundings and vibes. Like being in a refined version of the ‘Jungle Book’!

Didn’t like - noisy room ( street noise through night/ early morning) , variable hot water ( particularly cold in mornings) and hard bed.

The hotel is wonderful. The staff are very attentive and exceptionally kind. My favorite aspect of this place is the design: the atrium features plants, a pond, an amazing relief waterfall, and an airy-ness that just feels relaxing. My room was gorgeous, with a view out to the middle of the cross-street and lots of wood and natural finishings (my preference for interior decor).

While I love rustic-ness, the room did feel a bit dated: the ceiling fan was loose and only operated at high speed (kind of scary) and the aircon unit seemed old and the "filter change" light was on. However, I happened to be staying here when they replaced the room lock-and-key door knobs with a more modern key-fob entry and lock system, so that was nice!

Location was great, a good balance between more touristy areas and the markets- close to everything. Staff were all lovely. 'Popcorn ' a real favourite! Thank you for everything. Absolutely loved the character of the guesthouse; the use of wood, murals, subtle lighting, water features. 'Chaa Daeng' made us feel completely at home.

The breakfasts were a little ordinary- however markets and shops were just a few feet away. 'P.J coffee and food', 2 doors up was a favourite.

It’s in a very quiet place. Everything is extremely clean and detailed. Stuff is amazing , super kind and helpful. They are extra! Location is great. 15 min from the airport and close to all the main attractions. Fabulous breakfast!

Everything was perfect

We really enjoyed staying here the last 4 days. It’s located very central, there is a really nice night food market near by and a lot of other nice places like cafes or restaurants or shops. The location is very zen and chill, very nice atmosphere. You can chill in the lobby and just enjoy the vibe. The Staff was very kind and helped us with whatever we needed at anytime. Breakfast was also really good, nice options to choose from and always fresh fruit and sticky rice with a topping. We really enjoyed it.

The only thing was that the toilet seat which used to be white was a little yellow.

The staff absolutely number one, the reception staff spoke great English , nothing was ever a problem , they are the most welcoming , capable staff I have come across in my travels and the little extras , the coffee and water area and the breakfast was exceptional

The mattress on the best was hard but after talking with the staff they put a mattress topper on straight away and it was not a problem at all for the rest of my stay
