This hotel is very pretty and clean, the aesthetics are cute and smells good, they have snacks for free for the guests with is very nice, things like sweets, coffee Instant Noodles, Orange juice ( Real juice). In the entrance there’s a beautiful Coffee Store where you can have your Brunch or Breakfast, the price is a bit high than other places but its worth it! Also when you check in to the Hotel they give you 10% discount cards for the days you are staying. Room big and good lighting, we ended up staying even more than we planned. The staff is super friendly, there was a girl in the desk soo friendly and nice! Also they clean your Room every day Highly recommend.

This is NOT the hotel fault, but one night we had a very noisy neighbours in the other room, they were screaming at 7 am! the walls are kinda thin, so if you have noisy neighbours you will hear them. But was just one of the nights, and I’m writing this so the people can be conscious of dont be noisy at 7 am

EVERYTHING. Room space is big n comfy, the design is so cozy n lovely, the location is great and convenient, staff are friendly & helpful, daily housekeeping did the good job, water replenished every day, excellent experience for my 4 nights stay with this lovely boutique hotel, love it so much!

Reception / waiting area is hot. We stayed at Level 3 and the road maintenance is still very loud & noisy in the middle of the night, but this is not the hotel's fault, they do provides earplugs, but that design is better for bigger ear canals which is not suitable for my ear.

It's a small boutique hotel.... first time for me to stay at a property like this and it was a Great experience! The rooms were great size, the bathrooms were good, the beds were good but the best thing is the staff. They have the one staff on duty but that one staff does anything and everything for you..... Both of the girls we interacted with were just amazing! Full 5 star service!

A little bit of road noise because our room was on the side facing the main road, and there were some roadworks or something happening throughout the night. It was not hotel fault and they gave us ear plugs. And the lobby area was a bit hot at times...

-Overall the room was clean, but I encounter a spider in the bathroom one night -No toothbrush & soap/handwash in the room -Lobby was quite hot and unventilated

Modern spacious room. Very clean and had everything you would expect in a hotel room. Quiet hotel and lift to get to 2nd and 3rd floor, which is great when you have several suitcases. Downstairs past reception area was a coffee corner for guests with coffee/tea maker, extra water, fruit juice and some nibbels/sweets. Very thoughtful. Lovely staff too.

Free snacks were available in the lobby and the room was very clean as well. There are two showers and two bathrooms for the 4 bunk bedroom, which was great!

Everything was great except that during our last night, the electricity tripped while me and my friend were showering half way. There was no solution and compensation except to move us to another room, we had to pack in the dark (which they then provided us with torchlight) and some of us freaked out when the electricity tripped.

The location was great! You can walk to all the sites and markets in the old town. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We are a family of 6 (with 4 kids) and they loved the bunk beds!! And having 2 bathrooms made everything easier. Finding a hotel room to comfortably fit us is always a challenge. Lana Bonita exceeded my expectations. There’s also a wonderful cafe off the lobby for breakfast. We would definitely stay again!! Great value!!

This was by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Thailand so far. It's worth the money. They clean the room daily, provide you with free water bottles (and there are more to take for you in the lobby). The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is sooooo clean. Very nice shower as well. It's very close to everything (7 11, night market, city center,...). Loved the little bakery as well.

The only thing that bothered me was the noise of the street. Can get quite loud. But nothing some earplugs can't fix!

Great location, clean and quiet rooms, spacious lobby and corridors, safe parking area and lovely cafe bakery serving western and Asian menus…

We stayed with our family in the 4 bunk room - the only bad comment we have is that the mattresses were a little too thin, making the bed a bit too firm…

The hotel is located in the old town city and near to the Saturday Night Market. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was super nice and clean. If you booked a family room, there were two bathrooms which were great and convenient. The price is reasonable with the excellent service and quality. I will definitely come back and stay here when I visit Chiang Mai again.
