My friend and I stayed here for a few days before heading back to the states and it was such a treat! The space is huge! Great natural lighting and walking distance to pretty much anything you need. We enjoyed the fruit tree from the patio and how clean everything was. The owner Pim is such a gem. Truly made our stay great. She even has a little store downstairs eith great quality silk skirts and jewelry. We appreciated the laundry service as well. Will happily stay here again next time I'm in Chiang Mai.

The villa is really nice. It's got a lovely garden where it is nice to wind down after a day of exploration or relax in the morning. The rooms are big and clean. It's a little weird to have the shower in the room but it was not a problem for us. Location is great, right in the old town, close to everything. Breakfast is delicious, finally something else than just eggs. The staff is nice and accommodating, we had a little issue with the wifi and they solved it right away. It must be said that they have a little issue with mosquitoes, like all Chiang Mai honestly, but they put these really effective electrified rackets in the rooms. Getting rid of mosquitoes has never been this fun. I highly recommend!!

Amazing location close to the main city attractions, restaurants and bars. The place is very well presented in what I would describe as a modern Thai design. There is a tranquil courtyard with a sitting area to have your coffee or breakfast which is well varied, and really tasty. The owners are very friendly and helped with all my queries about the area. The room itself is spacious, and the bed very comfortable. The place offers an excellent value for money and has everything a traveller like myself needs.

This is a cute villa in a quiet neighborhood, across from a delightful coffee shop and down the street from restaurants. It's a manageable walking from the night market if you don't follow GPS both Apple and Android sent us in circles, thanks to 1-way streets). Hot water, super clean room, no mosquitos!!, kettle, shampoo/soap and conditioner (which was a nice surprise). The garden area is so relaxing. The owner/front desk lady is so sweet. There are nice jewelry to buy if you want a non-touristy souvenirs. We hadn't acclimated to the time difference and were even able to get Grab Food delivery at 4 am. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. For the price point, this was a wonderful place.

Nothing- it exceeded my expectations. Grab and taxi had a hard time finding it, but a picture of the outside and Carrot across the street negated that.

Quirky room with ensuite and comfy bed. Shower in the bedroom rather than in the bathroom but wasn't an issue for us. Peaceful little garden inside the villa. Great location in a quiet street but close to the centre and very close to a great night market by the south wall. Woman at reception was very friendly.

Everything was great but beware this is a very 420 friendly place. In the little patio inside the villa there were people constantly smoking and it was even sold at reception. Luckily the smell didn't get in the room.

love it. we stayed in a few different places in Chiang Mai and this is by far the best. we stayed in the queen room which was so worth it, I love the two seperate rooms for me to do yoga in the morning it felt like quite the luxury 😌also we love the weed we bought from the owners, from their own farm they even grow lemon haze we were lemon amazed 🍋🙂 420 friendly and very nice personal smoking areas in courtyard 🪷 also like the shower and toilet in different rooms, very fun

The place was super nice! We really enjoyed our stay here, the owner was super friendly, the facilities clean, and the laundry service was perfect! They have a really nice garden with a lot of koi fish, love it!

If I have to say a thing, maybe the amount of mosquitoes, that I don’t know how keep getting into our room (but it’s rainy season in Thailand so…)

The hotel has a cute outdoor area and the receptionist was amazing, very nice and helpful. The location was perfect, near a great night market with loads of good food.

The room lacks a bit comfort for the day to day activities. The shower is in the room, which is okay, but then there is no towel rack anywhere. The only place to hang anything in the room is on the other side of the bed in the corner. There is no window you can pop open to clear any humidity after a shower and if you have wet clothes from the rain they won't dry. I would suggest a drying rack maybe outside of the room. Also, the room has a lot of carpets, which aren't necessary and don't give of a clean vibe. This was also the only hotel in Thailand, which didn't provide drinking water.

A comfortable boutique hotel in the old city with pleasant gardens and fishponds, making it a lovely respite from the action. The staff were helpful at all times and pleasant to deal with. There are many good coffee shops and restaurants in the area too. Would stay again.

A few mosquitos at night but this can't really be avoided in the tropics.

Arrived to a friendly lady at the accommodation. The room was nice and clean. There's a place for you to chill infront of the room which is pretty neat, considering how calm and quiet it is there. All in all, had a pleasant stay :)

The bed's a little stiff for me but I had a couple of good sleep so it's really nothing much to worry about. Nothing I didn't really like tbh so yeah :)
