Nice hotel, in a great location. Restaurant was lovely with good provision for breakfast. Nice pool terrace with chairs, loungers and small bar. The pool was nice enough to cool down in, but not good enough for a decent swim. Location was perfect with an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops in a short walking distance. The night markets were amazing.

It needed an experienced cocktails manager running it and staying open a little longer

Lovely hotel, very nice staff, very helpful. Centrally located, a stone throw away to night bazar area. Good rooms and bathrooms. The hotel, was very well maintained and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Always offering friendly greetings and assistance when required. Breakfast menu was good.

The location is perfect. The housekeeping is nice & polite.

The bathroom is small. Body lotion & body loofah were not provided in the bathroom. Also there is no creamer/milk provided for coffee/tea. Carpet behind the sofa was not vacumed, there’s a lot of dust. There are still many rooms for improvement to ensure perfect stays.

Arrived at the hotel and staff were very friendly and efficient and check in went smooth. Room was large and clean. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was large and had bathtub and walk in shower. The location is excellent out of the hotel one way and you have nightmarket and restaurants and go the other way for bars all close by.

We took room without breakfast as NO HALAL food . Location was great starting from evening and really happening with a lot of Night Market place ,entertainment etc . For those who looking for HALAL food this area would be great compared to others as there is HALAL street near Mosque.

Promoting riding elephants. People don't understand that elephants are abused so.people can ride them. Should be promoting hands off observation places instead

The staff were very friendly and helpful . Our taxi company couldn’t find a driver and the hotel arranged transport to the airport for us to catch our flight . Lovely hot shower

The bed was a little hard and our only downside was our tea/ coffee was not replenished when the room was made up .

A hotel that sits right at the heart of the busy night market. Facilities in and around the area are perfect for tourists of all sorts; Singles, couples and families. Big rooms with great mdern facilities.

Fantastic breakfast, big buffet with good food. The best buffet we have experienced in Thailand (we've spent 3 weeks in Thailand in different places). In a room, we had a panel next to the beds, which you can use to switch off/on the light or control the AC, which is nice to use before sleep. We ran out of toilet rolls but forgot to ask in the morning, and we asked at the reception in the late evening. Surprisingly Hk brought us, so it was nice and well-appreciated. The water in the swimming pool was really cold, and the sun avoided the water haha. Maybe it depends on the time of the year, though. It is how it was built, however, I had a nice time relaxing on the terrace with the pool.
