The rooms were great. There were several full length mirrors and a settee with a rug on the floor, which altogether made the room comfortable and 'homely'. The bathroom was well laid out with glass shelves so plenty of places to keep everything tidy. Plus a very good quality TV!

My room looked onto a close by, tall building, but that was not really a problem.

We enjoyed every single thing about Dusit Princess. We ended up booking the King bed suite, a little more room than we needed but we were not disappointed. The location is across the street from the markets, live music and food right out the front door. We didn’t use the pool or workout room but they were very nice. The breakfast was 10/10 and the service was above and beyond our expectations.

The shower leaked which made me feel like a bad guest but it seemed to be the style of the shower. It also made it slippery.

I like the best hospitality and management and the smile of the stuff and the worm will coming and caring about the guest all the time until the last moment clean best location, perfect budget for everybody. It’s a family hotel , renovated all the hotel is the best place to stay

I didn’t like leave them and not stay with them from the beginning this hotel is my hotel since 1999. I stay with them and I respect them and they love me so much and I will miss them till next year or next visit.

Mainly the location , quality of the room and nice staff

Breakfast - unfortunately very poor choice of food :( very noisy at the restaurant - people who eat behaved badly, bad coffee. Charges - month after we left “someone” from the hotel tried to use my card for amount of 3000B

The location was excellent, parking was available for our car. Our room was clean. The staff were friendly

The breakfast buffet was not up to the mark. The selection was rather poor and the quality of the food, whether in the restaurant (Jasmine) or in the cafe (Cafe Verde) was not up to expectations. To take a small example, soymilk was not available, even though it is often requested.

The location was great, close to the temples and Sunday Market (15 min walking distance to Old City). Every night the street vendors would set up their tents on the sidewalk, like a market, making it convenient to buy souvenirs. Staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast buffet was good, including ham, sausages. The bed was comfortable.

Very well situated with easy access to shops and night markets. Our family room was very big and quiet, we didn’t hear any noise from any other guests.

Pool are could have been more service oriented, for example when guests arrived at the pool they should be offered towels and asked if they wanted to order drinks from the bar.

The location is right in the heart of the night market. Easy access to street food

Greater variety needed at breakfast. Need to cater for patrons that don't eat pork. Breakfast menu is dominated by pork dishes.

I like the internal decoration, facilities, comfort, cleanliness, its location & friendliness & politeness of the staffs.

The door of the mini fridge is spoilt. It cannot close firmly and it is not cold enough to the fruits and beverages chilled. It is also difficult to pump the shampoos, bodywash & hand soup out of the containers.
