The hotel is located in a very good location: close to the night bazaar and other lively hotspots, not far from the airport, bus and train stations. A short walk in any direction can bring you to an interesting spot. The rooms were moderately sized but equipped with thoughtful facilities. It has a TV that actually works. Lots of electrical outlets, plenty of storage and hangers for clothes and bags, and a very comfy bed. Our room also had a balcony which faced away from the main street which was a welcome for us. The bathroom was clean and up to our standards. Staff was very helpful. It is a pity that the bar & cafe downstairs was not open for business.

Sometimes the noise and music from other venues can travel inside the room. This is the downside to being in a very strategic location I suppose. In addition, sometimes the hot water from the shower does not work very well. I had to shower in the bathtub once or twice.

It was such a unique property. We stayed at at the villa on the roof. We actually felt like we were at home. I would recommend renting this to anyone interested in one of a kind hotel room.

Everything about the property was great except there could probably be a little more water pressure.

Stayed 5 nights early Sep 2022. Wooden flooring is really comfortable and bed and pillows are hard to let go. Cool design shower and exceptional tub for evening relaxation. My room has a balcony with high stools and lights :) Very near night market (mon-sat). Walk along the road and there's a couple of cute cafe and Srimantra Spa (high end). No reception after 4pm so introverts would enjoy the peace.

Perhaps it's designed by bachelor for a bachelor. There's no dresser but there's a full length mirror. Had to stand every time I use the mirror :( All stairs with hotel reception at level 2 & my room level 4. Hot shower were a hit and miss. There's water and kettle provided but no instant coffee/tea.

Nice big balcony, nice furnishing with a reading chair. Bed was pretty comfortable and the room and bathroom were both spacious enough.

The staff didn’t seem so friendly when I arrived. There’s a bar on the first floor but it never seems to be open :( felt a bit out of the way but if you’re there for the night markets it’s near!

very clean and the design of the room is great. its a cozy little bistro w walk up rooms. Quaint and private

no lift, only staircases (not a problem for us but could be a problem for others). the music across the street only stops after 12am, but they play pop english music

Its Not A Bar or Bistro (a very good thing) I was a little concerned about staying above a bar and bistro. But as it happens, the bar is no longer, and the bistro is an awesome room only for guests to have breakfast and relax. It is at the heart of everything; the staff is amazing. I was booked for 1 week and stayed for 3

Though this time round the pub is not opened but I like the idea of using card to access to the hotel and room when no receptionist is around. You are free to go in and out without being watch.

It is a shame that the pub is not opened.

I changed three accommodations during my trip to Chiang Mai, and iron32 is the most cost-effective one. In addition to having a good location, the boss is very kind. The next day after we checked in, we had to go out very early because we had a tour. The boss couldn’t prepare breakfast for us personally ,but she prepared sandwiches and juice for us to take out, is so sweet.

The vibe, very relaxed space, and staff were very friendly and helpful (even luggage help). Staff were really attentive but relaxed about it, really accommodating. We informed about an early tour and were given breakfast to go. The fresh mango was the one. Everything was exactly as advertised and no issues.

I liked everything! Super clean, interesting decoration, excellent WIFI, less than 10 minutes away from the airport, surrounded by all the things a traveller needs and marvellous service from all the staff. Special mention for the birthday cakes! ;)
