The suite room was excellent with two interconnected rooms with two separate bathrooms and balconies. The facilities were very good too.. The location was favourite as we were in the heart of the town and Night Bazar. The reception staff Pae and Mae during the day and Oat during the night were extremely helpful in making our bookings and arranging for a car during our day trip. A special thank you to these three.

We have no complaints about Night Bazar except against the restaurant staff. The hotel's restaurant has staff who never smile or are friendly in any way. The very first day we reached the restaurant which shuts at ten in the morning a little late and were refused breakfast which was part of our package. We requested them so many times, explaining that we had been travelling non stop for over twenty four hours and we had fallen a little sick, therefore were late to wake up, but no one listened. There was no kindness. In the hospitality industry I have never encountered such hostile behaviour. None of the restaurant staff spoke any English and there was one particular lady called Nui who seemed to be the boss and was the rudest.

The location was excellent. Everything was in walking a distance from the hotel and we were spoiled for choice, but we were not disturbed by the noise if the street in the room at all! The bed was very comfortable and we never failed to get a good nights rest.

The car park is extremely poorly designed and monitored, which resulted in our hire care being blocked in by two other selfish guests who decided to park in the exit. The hotel does not bother to take registrations of guests cars during check-in, which meant they could not find the two guests to ask them to move, resulting in us having to get a taxi to the airport to catch our flight, leaving the hire car at the hotel, and getting a hefty fine from the hire company. A little more control of the parking area could have avoided this.

The unit we had was 2 separate rooms with own shower and balcony for smoking..no smoking in Rooms..but on balcony okay...please tip your waiter and waitresses and room cleaner.you will have exceptional service.pluse it a great value for 2 rooms/2 balconies/2 showers..and don't forget about great breakfast buffet!!7-10am and extremely close to party area andv1hr massage but far enough away from road noise

7-10am breakfast was great but to hung over to make it @10 and missed it..but that's my fault. Lol. Elevator are a little tight sometimes during rush traffic times.rice porridge little under cooked

The location is superb; you can simply cross the road to reach the night market. I booked a King suite room, which is spacious and comfortable for 3 people. The room is super clean, with no dust even under the cupboard. The breakfast is delicious. Serving warm food is great for Asian seniors, and there are 4-5 dishes that change every day.

The King suite room has 2 bathrooms; however, one of them does not supply hot water. In my personal opinion, the shower water is not hot enough for us, and it would be better if the shower water pressure were improved.

This hotel is very clean. The staff are friendly, and the cleaning staff do a great job with the room. Breakfast is very good. The Location is in a great area for food and street vendors. Shopping is near by.

Just one small thing, I personally found the bed hard, some hotels offer like a foam to make it softer. I asked house keeping, and they do not have. But the house keeping staff provided me with another comforter that I used and it was fine. Thank you so much.

Location (a bit loud though), friendly staff, free shuttle to bus station, clean and nice room, pool and gym

The doors are old and noisy … woke up many times because people slammed their doors in the morning. The pool has to be cleaned and was 2 days out of order. An AC for the gym would be nice.

The room was very nice with a firm bed and good bathroom. The breakfast each morning was fantastic! We stayed for 7 days and they had a few regular items (toast, cereal, fruit) but the hot breakfast changed daily. Crepes, pancakes, french toast were some of the western foods and the Asian side had Chicken& Cashew, Stir fried pork, Steamed Vegetables, Soups etc. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The pool looked nice but I didn't get an opportunity to use it.

It was a bit noisy at night as it is next to some outdoor entertainment but with the windows closed and the air-conditioning running we were able to sleep. There are not many car parks, however, they were able to look after our vehicle.

Great location for frist-time visitors as it's right in the middle of the night bazaar.

We were assigned rooms on the second floor, and the balcony is blocked for the most part. The design of the bathroom makes it difficult to leave the bathroom floor dry after shower.

The location was wonderful. And Joey, who drove the hotel van was exceptional. Very informative and went out of his way to accommodate us. It was very much appreciated.

Pool was a little cold not much they can do since it is covered still went in. And the hotel check in person could have been a little more informative about local activities.

The hotel is located near the night market, a comfortable and central location. The hotel is very beautiful, made of wood. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a balcony. Good breakfast. Many thanks to Kuan for the conversation and information about the area. We had a great time!
