Good location and a room with a view. The bed was comfortable with clean new sheets. They have a large selection of tv channels in different languages and there is a farmers market near by on Friday's, 5am til early afternoon.

I could not get the water heater to work in the shower. The cool water was not unbearable, although I prefer hot showers it limited my time.

There is nothing to dislike here. I extended my stay another 5 nights as it really is an ideal Hotel and Sunnee ( The Manager) deserves full praise. Also : ALL the staff are extremely competent/friendly/helpful. . The room is a great size, the fridge/air con/kettle/ wifi : all work outstandingly. The location : excellent. Quiet area with a handy "7/11 " store within 100 meters. Highly recommend. Nothing is too much trouble for Sunnee : all requests are met with cooperation and her good English is a huge advantage.

Really : nothing I dislike here. I would be VERY interested if any guest could find anything here to be critical about.

It was central (during the day we could visit a nearby old shopping mal and evenings we had a vast range of available food with entertainment if required eg live music) - it was such excellent value for money and it had everything we wanted in a room eg bathroom with a shower, good double bed, double sofa (yes a sofa), table and chair, large tv, huge fridge-freezer, free WiFi, kettle etc, plenty of shelf and wardrobe space, air con and very clean room (every day sheets were replaced and the room was thoroughly cleaned) with excellent staff to help. The staff were quite exceptional (three very pleasant, young men who we tipped 20Bt or more each day for their support). Our fridge was always stocked up each day with bottles of water. Why pay for a sauna, many internal restaurants, swimming pool etc when I never use them. Highly recommended

First impressions of the street/alleyway in front of the property were disconcerting and the taxi’s comments - she wondered why a westerner was using a mansion instead of the posh hotel nearby (actually, £110 compared to £960!)Ten minutes initially inside the room changed my mind and a weeks use confirmed that it was a pleasure staying at the ‘mansion’ (hotel really)

Everything was delightful. Large room, quiet, big window, fridge. Best shower in 3.6 months in Thailand. Located off the street on a quiet alley with great food just steps away. Near the best shopping in CM. Cleaned daily. Great AC, too. Not always the case in my travels, so I booked again and again, since my plans changed daily for a week. So accommodating! I’ll be back in the fall. It was a refuge just when I needed it most. Kap koon kaa.

It’s simple and convenient for a place to sleep and shower. I walked the city or went on an excursion each day, so I really only slept and showered at the hotel. My room was cleaned each day with fresh towels being left and the bed remade. The staff remembered me from the week before and put me in the same room and I even extended a day because it was such a bargain. Good water pressure, hot water, and clean towels made for a refreshing shower after adventure all day.

It’s not the most stylish place, but it gets the job done. It’s close to food, spas, bazaars, markets, and cafés. I walked mostly, but Grab and tuk tuk taxis are easily available.

The room gave such a home feeling. It was within walking distance to the night market and street food! The market feels like it never ends! They were super generous with the amount of water they gave.

The room was very clean and spacious. The facilities were well maintained. The owner of the accommodation allowed us to check in early. There was a motorcycle shop near the area where you can rent. The place is very close to many attractions. The price is a lot cheaper than the actual value of the room and service. I will absolutely stay again in this property when I visit Chiang Mai in the future. 😊❤️

the room was big with a large window where you can see the city from the 5ft floor. there are good lights, a big bed,a big fridge, a couch and a desk where it was possible to work with the laptop. Every day they clean the room. We had a problem with the shower and they fixed immediately. the hotel is very close to the night bazaar and local shops.

I loved how the staff nice they were. I came a bit early to check in and they went up with me and bring everything to prepare the room (towels, hooking up electricity, etc. ) Very spacious room and comfortable.

Huge room. Our room was spacious. The beds were good. When they changed the sheets it was clean. A fridge. Friendly staff. A couch in the room. For TV lovers, there is a 65inch TV in the room.

There is a one way road here where police often has a patrol. No good spot to hang our towels.
