Excellent location close to food market and all tourist attractions. Breakfast was great and the owners went beyond the imagination. Helped us to get to the best places in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. Nothing was a problem for them. Even drove us to the airport at 4 a.m. I can definitely recommend.

The owner was super friendly and helpful. He goes the extra mile to help and give you the perfect stay.

Must remember, this premise is a guest house. Don't expect too much and compare with proper hotel. For me, it's very pleasant and convenient to stay here compared to the price and facilities been offered. Very polite staff and supportive especially the owner herself who's at the same time run the cafe in front of the building. Acceptable basic room facilities with daily room cleaning. Laundry service available with charges. Located about 250m walking distance to Banshaw Mosque/Halal Street/Night Market. Yes, I'll stay here again next time.

Lack of ventilation in the bathroom sometimes generate smell like an enclosed space. Don't spill any foods or drinks as this will attract an ants. The rooms is lack of sound proofing, excessive noise especially at the alleyway will attract others .

A nice simple room. The location is amazing! It was quite enough for us to ready after long walks, nice restaurants and markets nearby!

I came from USA and found the family to be incredibly welcoming and helpful. I had a very long flight and came in after a long night. Early morning arrival they fed me immediately, got me tea and was able to arrange a massage so I could get comfortable. I felt very cared for as well as comfortable. If you need anything, just ask and they will help any way they can. I genuinely appreciated the hospitality and will be keeping in touch with this family ♡

The location of the property is very accessible to old town and five minutes walk to night market. The room is very clean and spacious. The environment is quiet and the property owners are very hospitable. They allowed me to check in early morning at 9 am.
