Location is perfect, 10 minutes away from Night market by walk. Around the hotel there is lot of restaurants and grocery shops. Amazing staff , perfect breakfast, spacious rooms with balcony, small swimming pool but enough for refreshments. For any tour or adventure which you want you can ask in the hotel, they will find the best option for you.

We didn’t have hair dryer and iron in our room but it was not a big issue. You can hear your neighbors from another room, but if they are not to much loud it will not be a problem. Furniture looks little bit old if someone has a problem with that. Anyway all those things are not important and our stay in the hotel was very nice.

Breakfast is delicious and the coffee is exceptional.Plenty of fruit and a good variety of food.

We have stayed here many times on our way through CM to further North. Typically the beds have been comfortable except for this time. Not terrible but enough for me to notice. This will not stop us from staying there again however as we have always had a great stay.

My room was lovely with a view of a garden. It has a huge bed, A shower that is quickly hot and satisfying, facilities to make tea and coffee. Breakfast is in an attractive restaurant and has all sorts of choices of fruits, eggs cooked for you, many options of local dishes as well as pancakes, toast and their accompaniments.

My international plug was too heavy for the socket in my room. Maybe something under it to help it stay in place as I boosted my WiFi.

The benches and table outside our room looking out over a small garden was a big plus, as I could sit out there while my partner slept inside the room. The breakfast, with a good choice of items, was more than adequate. The staff were super-friendly and helpful. The location by the riverside and 5 minutes walk from the huge Night Bazaar area was ideal. We plan to stay again.

Because the hotel is by the riverside, there were a few mosquitoes. I sprayed the room with insect spray before we left for dinner in the evening, and that solved the problem.

I loved my delicious, leisurely, friendly morning breakfast in the garden each morning. Also loved the coffee table and chairs on our balcony for relaxing with a drink or a coffee! The coloured tiles in the bathroom were most attractive in a pleasant olde wordly way.

I was disappointed that the pool was so small, and amongst the breakfast - goers! Not conducive to having a good swim!

Great restaurants nearby, and a new grocery store with wide variety of products. The staff are welcoming, kind, and helpful. Although the pool is too small for a lap workout, it's a great way to refresh on a hot day. This was not our first stay nor our last

Our large bed for two was made by putting two twin beds together. As a couple, thos meant one of us was lying in the crack of the mattresses.

This is a well run hotel with nice staff in a good location. Most foreigners choose the rooms at the back overlooking the pool or garden. I chose a room at the front overlooking the river and bridge, complete with all the noise from lit up venues across the river. I liked it and slept surprisingly well. There are a couple of comfortable chairs on the balcony from which to enjoy the view. Breakfast comprised the usual eggs, sausages, toast etc but also included a tasty Thai dish and rice, as well as great coffee and a selection of juices and fruit. For a small hotel, they put on quite a spread. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The owners also seem to be lovely people. The gardens surrounding the pool are lovely. The hotel thrives on colour - even a multi coloured window panel in the bathroom door. I highly recommend this place.

I don't have any criticism of the hotel. The only 'negative' for me was the orange stray cat that appears on the footpath in the evening and appears to want to play and be affectionate. It's really using all its charm to try and coax some food. I bought it tins of mackerel and sardines from the 7/11 next door and fed it off the path (it gets scared) on a plastic bag. I would love the hotel to adopt it and feed it, but the owners have a dog, so I guess this is not an option. Buy something for the cat to eat. It's a sweet creature - too nice to be without a home.

The staff are fantastic. All friendly and so helpful. It seems they have an excellent work environment. The Thai owners live on site and came and introduced themselves and were always happy to see their guests. All the staff help each other no matter their job. The owner Nooee loves his garden and was always seen working around it 😁. English is excellent. But take the time to learn a few words to use manners in their language. It is much appreciated. Pool was small but lovely. Our room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Definitely will be returning.

The shower pressure. 😩. Having said that - it was nice and hot with instantaneous supply. Seems to us that a non water saving shower head instead of the adjustable water saver. And seal the leak from where the water hose goes to head from water heater and pressure problem’s would be fixed😁. Water saver heads just mean you have to stay in shower longer to get wet - overall they are not economical.😔.

Great personnel and great German speaking owner of this hotel. He surprised us with fresh foods, talked to us and was interested in what we liked for breakfast. The next day, we discovered our favourite food for breakfast. Good walking distance to the Food Night market. 7/11 next door.
