Beautifully designed room with great view to the river. Probably the most comfortable bed and pillows I've had in a long time. All the facilities you need with an enormous choice for breakfast. Tahi restaurant and western style both very good (beef tartare superb). Not really announced bu the Bubbles rooftop bar can serve any restaurant items if you want to mix and match. Pool area enormous and not crowded. Spa vitamin infusion also very professional.

Very hard to think of anything! I guess the use of public areas for weddings but even that was interesting!

Rooms are beautiful and the balcony has a large chaise lounge. Exceptional breakfast - large variety of Asian and western choices. The veranda overlooks the river, with a picturesque golden barge docked nearby. The spa had the largest treatment rooms I have every seen, and my Thai massage was superb. The resort prices are on the lower end of Western luxury price standards (we were there in May, which is off-season).

Everything - really! Did not know what to expect but found a perfect hotel. From the perfect breakfast service and food, the imensly friendly staff, to the General feeling of being at home and at a luxury Place at the same time - DO stay here if you can.

The lift was pretty far away to get in and one staff at the tea room wasn’t quite friendly, she gave an aggressive attitude towards the service that we were just asking for food advice but she wasn’t really friendly. How she responded back to our questions weren’t welcoming like she didn’t want to serve us service. so that was a really bad impression on this. Besides than her, other staffs were nice.

The service and hospitality were 5 star. The property is beautiful. The location was good for walking. Fresh fruit and delicious coffee were the highlights of breakfast, served on the terrace next to the river. There was a large selection at the buffet as well as a menu for orders. The concierge was helpful and arranged airport transportation with ease, as well as several outings/tours. All were great. I think this is the best place to stay in Chiang Mai.

Not related to the resort, the air quality was not good during our stay.

Beautiful resort with lovely rooms. Service was great as well with highly attentive and helpful staff. Breakfast is perfect 👍🏻 Had a great 60MINUTES ELEMIS specific facial experience and body message with Anantara. Thank you and we look forward to returning.

There was a lot of renovation going on during our stay so the noise and smell wasn't pleasant. The bed in the original room we were given was a "king" size with two single beds put together, which was not in line with our booking request.

Great location, lovely pool and dining. The room was large and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa was relaxing and the deep tissue massage was a standout.

There were a lot of mosquitos in the Brit Bar which was a shame as the decor and staff are great.

It felt like a 5* resort from the moment you enter the hotel. Room with all possible amenities, location, service, breakfast, all was perfect.

Great property. Excellent location. Convenient amenities. Exceptionally good spa! Huge breakfast spread.

The breakfast serving area was usually crowded especially if it was raining then the outside area needed to be closed. Also, since it is an open property, there is very little air-conditioned indoor space at the property except of course the rooms.
