This is a beautiful hotel sitting right on the river, close to eveytou need and nightlife. Rooms are neat and clean but the best part is the staff ! They have helped me find my phone about 4 times already after to many drinks ! They are super friendly and I have actually decided to stay an extra 5 days instead of swap hotel as I like it here that much ! Great place and great value !

Loved the design of the building and the location was ideal, away from the bustle of the old town but near enough to walk. The riverside looks very beautiful.

There was a slight odour in the room, possibly caused by condensation.

The place is so nice. Small place to go in and out and located by the river which is excellent. Staff are great. Love everything about it.

Its location is excellent - close to the night market but in a quiet location by the river. Staff are courteous and attentive but not intrusive. There are also restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance.

I missed being able to make a cup of coffee anytime that I liked. But coffee (including a coffee machine) is available in the mornings during breakfast time.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Chiang Mai Clean comfortable and very friendly staff I won’t stay anywhere when I come to Chiang Mai

I have stayed here over many years and the Baan Ing Ping never disappoints. The location is perfect it is central and yet quiet.

We had an excellent vacation in this magnificent hotel, everything was excellent, the location is very good it is a walking distance to main places in chiang mai like night market, Tha Phae Gate.... The hotel is clean and at the riverside. All what we needed was provided. Thanks and I will be coming back.

The caring owner n staff makes it feel like home. Lady boss who speaks perfect English helped with clear directions to a private hospital where I took a needed ART/PCR. Got me a super good service driver of a red pickup van to the airport at a good price. Location is top. A very well stocked big modern supermkt n bakery just across the road and some cheap yummy local eats by the roadside in the evening. Tourism Authority of Thailand office bldg is just across the road. Love having my special time in the lovely garden facing the river. MacDonald, Hard Rock, nite market, massage , live music cafe is just 10 min walk across the Iron Bridge. The old city gate n Sunday nite mkt is 10 walk frm the Iron Bridge. There are English news channels.

Don’t like walking up the stairs to my room on the upper floor.

The rooms are spacious and very clean, the staff friendly, and excellent location walking distance to restaurants and markets.

The hotel was very cute, with the river view and nice decoration in the room. The bathroom was practical, the beds were comfortable and everything was super clean.
