The design of the rooms and the entire building, garden, swimming pool - everything is amazingly beautiful and decorated with good taste! The rooms are huge, everything is nicely and expensive decorated. We also had orthopaedic pillows which were a nice touch and amazing to sleep on. The staff is extremely welcoming and nice, they were remembering our orders from the previous days at breakfast. Food was great, fresh and tasty. Location of the hotel was great, walking distance from center and from night markets, cafes and great restaurants. If we ever have the chance to return cu Chiang Mai, we will definitely stay here!

Everything impeccable!

This was one of the best hotels we experienced on our Thailand trip. All members of the staff are exceptionally kind and warm. It is a boutique hotel with only twelve rooms. Everything is equipped and decorated in Thai traditional furniture and fittings - with so much love to details. At check in Sun gave as an overview over the city and location as well as restaurant recommendations without asking and provided us with a welcome drink. We felt warmly welcomed the first minute. It feels like in an oasis here. I would recommend this boutique hotel to everyone who likes small cozy hotels that keep it simple and put much attention to local traditions. Thank you to everyone at this hotel to make us feel at home and making our last days in Thailand so outstanding.

Customer service was excellent. We were given a room upstairs, but my old mother had difficulty climbing up the stairs. We were then moved to a room downstairs the next day, once available. Both rooms were lovely and with big bathrooms, fully equipped. Hair dryer was also available in the bedroom. Selected teas and cookies were available free of charge almost the whole day (1100-2200). The swimming pool was clean. Also the location is close to the market and a Catholic church.

Nothing, but since they have limited bedrooms downstairs, if you cannot climb steep stairs for whatever reason (though only 1 floor up), then you should make a request in advance.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They could not do enough for me. My room was so beautiful and very spacious. I overlooked the leafy shaded pool and it felt very tropical. Hot drinks were available all day. The breakfast was delicious with loads of choice of both Thai and English cuisine. I had family living close by but I stayed at the hotel on my own and felt very safe.

The hotel was clean, well kept, quiet and located in a fantastic spot. It was quiet yet easy to get to places. The staff were amazing. They were polite, accommodating, hospitable and very caring. The hotel is home away from home. The staff were very good at personalising every guests experience. This is a fantastic place to stay and we highly recommend it. Well done everyone. You are a great team.

The only thing that can be improved is the lighting in the room. otherwise 10/10.

It was one of the BEST hotels I ever stayed. And I visited 87 countries! It felt really like a treat for me and my mum! The staff were very helpful, kind, sweet, and attentive to any request. It was my mum's birthday and they got a cake and a candle for her! Breakfast was great! The rooms are extremely clean. Every single detail in the hotel is well thought in terms of decoration and hospitality. It is very close to the night market, but like 10 minutes by car to the old town.

The hotel was indeed a secret retreat, hidden in a lovely walled garden with a good pool, which was very welcome after a hot day's sight-seeing. Quite traditional in design, our room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed. Staying there felt a real treat. Although no kettle in the room, complimentary tea and coffee (with delicious little biscuits) were served 24/7 on request.

A few more sun-loungers around the pool would have been nice.

It is super beautiful, clean, it has a great location and the staff was super sweet and attentive. We loved our stay! They even were super welcoming with our friend thst lives in Chiang Mai and came to visit us several times, they offered tea and coffee.

It would be amazing if they would have a restaurant for dinner or other meals than only breakfast but it was not really a bad thing.

The staff are really nice and helpful. When we discovered that our air conditioner was leaking, they were very considerate—they tried to fix the issue and even offered to change our room. The location is great! It’s not in the Old Town, but it’s close enough while providing peace and quiet, away from the crowds. We would go back again!

The location, staff, breakfast, all very good. They were very very nice and hospitable I particularly liked the location, out of noise but still very close to old town and also night market, river, temples. And they make perfect ice coffee

The balcony in the first floor was not really private, so we hardly could use it. Unfortunately they did not have a room available in the second floor.
