the pillows were extremely comfortable, the staff were really kind and friendly, the room was great and very complete. and it was a short walk away from a night market that had a great food court.

there was no elevator (there are only 3 floor, but elder and disabled people might suffer a bit) and although the breakfast was very well done there were few options and ir was the same every day.

Excellent stay with family of 5. We had two rooms on the 1st floor right next to each other. Hotel looked beautiful and rooms were large, with high ceilings and very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff, our 4 year old daughter was sad to leave her new friends. The hotel had a small swimming pool which would've been great for the kids, but unfortunately did not have enough time. Location-wise - it was only 10 mins walk away from the night market and close to some nice restaurants by the river. Breakfast was like a mini-buffet where you can choose dishes the night before (or order more on the day). We had Khao soi for breakfast everyday!

Nothing at all!

The rooms were massive, beds were super comfortable and the location is good.. walkable to old city and night market. The staff were amazing and helped book tours and bring breakfast upto the rooms.. super friendly

No Lift/Elevator.. our rooms were on the 3rd floor.. so if you are not ready to walk up 2-3 times a day.. dont book this place.. but the staff helped us in carrying the bags and sending breakfast to the room. No Swimming pool and pick for taxi and drop off is difficult as it is on the main road

Clean spacious. Nice ambiance. Good coffee shop and food. Close to the night market but just other side of the river. Staff are so pleasant.

The street isn’t very touristy and traffic noise a bit heavy sometimes but location good nonetheless. Lack of lift is an issue if your bags are heavy which ours were!

I had a brief yet delightful stay at this charming and unique hotel. The staff were incredibly pleasant and accommodating, and the cuisine was exquisite, particularly the sticky rice and local sausages.

The only downsides were its slightly remote location and the somewhat deserted atmosphere during my visit. While some may find this solitude appealing, I personally found it a bit isolating...

Tastefully furnished, superb and attentive service, comfortable beds, refreshing essential oils perfumed the room, and it is really nice to come back to a spick and span room after a long day.

I guess being a eclectic property, it also means older floor boards and lack of sound insulation. I stayed in room 102 (presidential suite). The family staying directly above us - their heavy footsteps can be heard into late hours (once till 3am) and it is very disturbing 3 out of 4 nights. I could have asked to change to higher floor but the hotel does not have lifts.

The room was beautiful, very large and comfortable - very nice design. What you could watch on TV was a bonus (log into your personal streaming). The garden was lovely. The staff were very friendly and happy to please. The breakfast was a little limited but enough to provide enough to eat. Although the location was outside the old city it was still close enough to walk if you wanted, or get a local taxi without any drama

The aircon noise was a little high however it was lovely to come back to an airconditioned room after a day out. There wasn't a pool to use. No view

Lovely building, huge well appointed rooms and lovely staff.

Location great but like everything in Chiang Mai you’re never more than two inches from a road.

The small, intimate boutique property. Spacious accommodation. Luxury bedding. Luxe bathrooms (we had two toilets!). Excellent location.

Possibly a minor fact is that it had no lift, but this was, for us, a small issue.
