I had a wonderful experience staying at L'Minitel Hotel! The flexibility to enter and leave the property at any time was convenient. The free coffee was a lovely touch, and the espresso machine was easy to use with just one button press. I felt safe and secure with the two-layer access system, using the same key card for both the main door and my room. The reception was warm and welcoming, making my stay a truly pleasant one. Overall, L'Minitel Hotel offered a great balance of comfort, security, and amenities - a perfect choice for my solo travel needs!

We loved our stay at L’Minitel that much that we stayed there for 7 nights! The place is absolutely perfect, it’s only recently open so everything is new and fresh. The staff and owners are so nice and super helpful with everything. The place is spotless clean, the nicest and cleanest accommodation that we stayed in Thailand so far. The location is perfect as well as you can walk pretty much everywhere. They also offer complimentary coffee, tea and water and there’s is washing machine and dryer at the place too so you can dongiem washing handy. Absolutely amazing place, I can’t recommend it enough! Best accommodation in Chiang Mai.

The location is very close to the Night Bazaar, just over the road from the Hard Rock Cafe. The staff were helpful, and had a washing machine/dryer on site for you to use which was very handy for us. Just outside there is lots of food markets, restaurants and clothes shops/markets to shop from which was great at night for us. Very good location in our opinion.

The room is incredibly small, as in the door doesn't open fully without hitting the bed. The shower was the biggest pain for us, as it keeps flooding the bathroom really badly every time you use it, also we did smell the drains a few times in the bathroom. But that doesn't take away from how nice and modern the room was. They also didn't come and clean the room in our 4 night stay, but if you asked for anything they were very helpful and put it in your room for you. The hotel is above a Muay Thai boxing ring, so every other night it is very load with that and the cars and bikes driving past outside. This wasn't a problem for us as we are not light sleepers. :)

I stayed here for 2 weeks. The rooms are really good, comfortable. Maybe small for some but I liked them. Mine had a small desk which was good. The bathroom amenities attached to my room were also modern, clean and well looked after. Location wise it is close to lots of good food as well. Staff were really lovely and nice. I'd stay here again. Good value for money I thought.

L'minitel is that hotel where you want to stay in Chiang Mai. Everything is perfect here. Specially the staff who take care of this hotel. They are open to all the questions and if you need some advise about Chiang Mai, they will help you. They know are really nice and kind. The hotel is brand new and the furniture is nee. They make sure the room is ready and clean with everything you need. They have free coffee and water, and snacks. Beside that you have washing machine and drier machine. The rooms and toilet are very clean, and very cozy. The location is perfect, once is on the center. I wish you the best luck, and definitely I will comeback.

At this price it exceeds my expectation in every way especially privacy and cleanliness. Staff is easy to contact even we don't have chance to meet in person but everything is set to ensure our smooth stay. The location is at the heart of Chiang Mai Night Bazaar so there maybe some noise, music until 11 p.m., which is not the problem for me because I love listening to music anyway.

The price-performance ratio is simply unbeatable. For the equivalent of €15 a night, you have a comfortable bed, a very clean and private bathroom and coffee and snacks. It's right next to the Night Bazar and sometimes it can get a bit noisy, but it's quiet from 12 o'clock at night.

This is a capsule hotel, which means that the rooms are very small and have no windows. This is not a bad thing, but you should be aware of this when booking!

Great location, right along the night market walking street, and not to far from old town, or the transportation hubs. This mini hotel has everything you need for a night or two. The rooms were clean, and cute. The bed was comfy. Great air con. And awesome sound insulation - even though it is located in a very lively area it was surprisingly quiet inside!

SUPER clean and new hotel. Wow the price payed was so cheap and so much comfort. Bed and bathroom are super new and super clean! It’s in the center of all the nightlife excitement so don’t plan to go to bed early….its noise….but…come on…party along and go to bed after midnight! Amazing friendly staff!

Everything was good!

I believe this place is brand new. Everyone is so kind and the staff was very helpful. There’s laundry there at the front desk & that was a plus! Beds are comfortable and the entire place was pretty quiet.

If you have the room right in front of the front door, make sure to wear earplugs. The door opening and closing is not super quiet.
