Very comfy bed, not too hard, one of the best I've had in Thailand. Spacious room, big enough to place a yoga mat and do some exercises. The room also had a table/desk with some chairs and a little fridge. A/C working well and silently. There's a rack with some hangers for clothes. Bathroom nice, good water pressure and hot water, big mirror, rack for towels, shower gel and shampoo provided. Location very good and convenient on a main street in a lively area, many nice restaurants around and night market right in front. Staff very helpful and friendly, I could leave my baggage after check-out (until 5pm because reception closes at that time). One of the nicer places in terms of value for money. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back if I return to Chiang Mai.

My room was on the street side and you do hear the cars and hustle and bustle of the street. But I am pretty sensitive to noise... Still slept well with earplugs though. Will ask for a room on the other side next time :) the floor and under the bed was a bit dusty but otherwise everything else like bathroom etc. was very clean.

Location on edges of bazaar, near big c supermarket, restaurants, shopping. Clean, modern and well maintained rooms. Very nice bathroom and showers with good water pressure and free liquid shampoo and soap, free coffee and snacks at reception always available, card front door access, helpful reception staff

Housekeeping entered room without knocking, strong chemical smell often enters room, very loud noises during entire night from various street stalls being dissembling, air conditioner problem with condenser sometimes not activating

The hostess was so amazing… Really friendly and even helped me carry my bags up all of the steep steps! I know it’s not fancy, but honestly, you’re above the night market, the bed is comfy, the shower is hot, you have a cute little balcony to look out at the night market, for this price… Pretty fantastic!

Keep the fan/AC on because for some reason I kept killing mosquitoes!

The landlady was very friendly and make my stay in Chiang Mai more pleasant. Room and bathroom was clean. There was also a small fridge which came in handy. Also, location is quite convenient. From the hotel you basically enter the night markets. Might be a bit noisy street but after midnight it was actually pretty silent location and no problem to sleep.

The host was amazing. Took the time to explain everything for us and was so kind about it. Good price for a good hotel. Right beside the Anusarn night market.

The smell of the water was not very nice. Nothing bad about the hotel thought.

Wonderful location, easy communication via WhatsApp (good English), every day they can make up the room, feeling like in the hotel

It's not possible to make the room completely dark (light from the corridor comes through the internal window)

Good size room, was able to do a workout and there was 2 of us. Bed was hard but pretty comfortable. About a 20 minute walk from the phae gate, but loads of good food places nearby. Woman was very helpful and if not in the building could message on the booking.com app and responded quickly.

Bed was slightly hard but still a good sleep.

This place is worth staying. Very cozy, comfortable, spacious and clean. Very2 near to attraction places, just walking distance. We totally enjoyed. Very convenient to check in and check out. Will definitely come again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Super clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly, helpful staff. In the centre of the night bazaar for food and shopping. Close to the river ping which is lovely to sit and have a meal and/ or drink. There is a kettle & microwave downstairs for guests to share.

There was nothing I didn’t like. A lift would have been very useful for the luggage.

The room and the location for the price are incredible. But Wynn and Jimmy who are in charge are even better, they are really kind and willing to help you if you need anything, they are the best. They always have some seasonal fruits so people can try them on the common area, which is also a plus, they will explain you about the fruits you didn't even know.
