The room was very spacious. I booked the Deluxe room, just nearby with the pool. The room was very clean. Parking space quite nice. Don't worry about your car. Mineral water for my room was 4 bottles. The A/C working in good condition. Of you dont want to drive to the town, just buy Halal food at Kai Tod Decha (Airport). You must drive your car/have your own transport if you want to stay here. This hotel quite far from the town, you can relax & enjoy here! Definitely I will come again in future!

The hotel is beautifully decorated. The interior decoration is modern and lovely. Breakfast is various and tasty. More importantly, it is very near the airport so you don't have to worry about the traffic.

Although it is very close to the airport, it is not in the city center so you have to leave the hotel a little early as there are a lot of traffic lights along the way to the city center.

The location that is in quiet area near the security entrance of the airport and far away from crowded downtown HatYai. Hotel is new, clean, well mannered staffs, fast WIFI, good air conditioner, good security to get inside the quest areas. We stayed only one night before my early flight (also they have free shuttle to drop you off at the airport) so I didn’t have a chance to try Sawa Restaurant and the biggest Amazon coffee shop in the South that also share the same building. The family room was huge and luxury. We will come back again in the future.

Just to give advice to housekeepers when doing the bed to check carefully if the linens had some old stain that even you already cleaned but couldn't come out, just throw it away.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Nice view from the room. The staff are excellent and professional. The breakfast was also good with many choices of food.

The only downside for me is that there is no wardrobe in the room, and the see-through glass from the room to the toilet but that's okay for me.

1. No toilet bidet 2. Only one lift to accommodate all room, and our room at the last end of room row which is the most far from lift. So instead of using lift, we use the stairs which nearest to our room. But please add more lighting at staircase area to avoid tripping hazards which climbing up or down the stairs. Without kids, no issues to use stairs. But with kids which someone they are sleeping and parents need to carry, lift which is near to the room should be much help for the parents.

The hotel definitely looks as shown here. Rooms and facilities are extremely modern and clean and well looked after. Room was extremely well furnished and spacious. Definitely would stay here again and possibly a bit longer to explore surroundings. We used this hotel as a stop between Bangkok and transfer to Koh-Lipe Island.

Restaurant closes quite early (21:30), so when arriving on a late flight, you would need to consider food places in the airport or the nearby 7-Eleven (which is walking distance and saved us).

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Very convenient location for the airport. Big spacious room with nice design and comfortable bed. Very kind staff.

Our room was on the ground floor and it smelled very strongly of canalization. We didn't complain since we were there for 1 night, but the smell was almost unbearable and we are sure all staff members who entered our room could smell it (cleaning staff, bellboy and room service staff). There was a terrace in the room, but it was completely unkept and dirty. There was also not a single chair or anywhere to sit and enjoy the outside space. No hanger to dry wet bathing suits outside either.

It was so close to the airport for us to base ourselves, renting a car to travel to Songkla old town and the night markets, as well as, to and from Ko Lipe (van pickup and then speedboat). The kids love the huge family room and the huge bathroom with a huge bath with jacuzzi. There are many delicious choices at breakfast. The staff was all helpful and efficient.

There was construction right beside to expand the hotel, but thankfully, I must say that the soundproofing works very well.

It’s a new property which is a five minute drive to hat tai airport ( get free hotel shuttle)and 15 min (300 bhatt taxi ride ) into the city.Had a huge room overlooking the lovely pool , comfy big bed, large breakfast room ( eggs toast yogurt , cakes , salad, Thai dishes, ).Staff were very friendly and helpful a nd spoke English which was great.Perfect stop before getting the coach/boat to Ko lipe island

Everything great.There is a hotel being built next door but you strangely couldn’t here any noise as the main building works have been completed

The hotel was just wonderful, my kid wanted more, so we extended our stay again. He enjoyed the exquisite pool and the wide range of breakfast.

This property offers amazing value for money, but there are still few aspects hotel may consider to work on: - more place to hang towels (upstair room, there was at least a bar to hang towel but in the Terrence room ground floor, there is absolutely no place in hang towels), what a waste for the spacious bathroom. It probably wouldn’t matter for an overnight stay, but for those who stay longer and prefer not to have towel changed daily was somewhat inconvenient. - I read that hot water has been an issue for many guests . I then also experienced that in the ground room (although it’s not a big deal for me) but such a well designed hotel really shouldn’t have such issue…
