This hotel is a real budget gem. Cheap but very good rooms with soft beds and fast WiFi. There is even a pool and gym!

There is no breakfast, but at this price I am not expecting it either.

First is location . quiet and a beautiful view of city and mountains. and only 10 /15 min walk to bars and restaurants. if you turn left out of hotel and walk 20secs, there is a comfy little house that serves good Western style breakfast. the hotel is only around 7yr old so still nice and clean with a great rooftop swimming pool. the room is bright and again CLEAN. bed and pillows are really comfortable. free water, really good staff and a great place to relax. also has a lift which is quick and reliable and one other thing, the hotel has wheelchair access and is wheelchair friendly 😀. I know because I fall and break my hip. the staff have been great to me.

This is amazing hotel, very clean, the bed is quite soft, unlike the previous hotels. It was also very quiet and my wife and I finally got a good night's sleep. We booked for a few days, but ended up staying for 10 days, as we didn't want to leave! Special thanks for the room with a mountain view, which I asked for, as it was my birthday and I wanted to spend it in a beautiful place. The staff is very nice and helpful. Every day when we came back from lunch, the room was cleaned and fresh. We will definitely come here again many more times!

Everything was perfect!

The staff are amazing always going out of their way to help, the bed is so soft and the shower on the 7th floor is great and hot water 24/7 the room is big and very clean, the swimming pool is big and very clean we used it morning and night, plus the hotel had bike hire (125cc) 200 baht a day was good, you need a bike to run about and visit the beach its a 10 min run nearly forgot the balcony is large

The room was comfortable and spacious. Although this property is a fair outside of the centre we actually enjoyed the area it was located in. We found the best coffee bar and also a nearby food area which opened in the evening.

We hadn’t expected such a large hotel and would have appreciated a kettle in the room.

quiet, clean, lovely roof top pool, beautiful views and really good staff. a perfect place for relaxing. rooms can also be for long term rent at a great price. hotel also offers motorbike and car rental.

It was very good and clean but because of my age I could get in the pool by falling but not out of it I was very disappointed and had to move on two weeks before I planned

Staying here for the second time and again everything is great. Gorgeous view from the window to the mountains, very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Now this is my favorite in Hua Hin.
