The precious is a hotel that meets all your basic needs. It is not flashy but is extremely good value for money. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to single male travellers. However it is way better than staying in a hostel if you’re backpacking.

The room I stayed in needed a bit of a paint job. But it was fine. There were scuff marks on the walls and bathroom ceiling, it didn’t affect my comfort though.

Big room, lovely staff, good value. One of the few places I've stayed in Huahin where the safe actually fits a laptop. Many hotels don't even have any safe. I had a little trouble getting into the room at first, you had to pull the door tight while turning the key. After the reception told me the knack I noticed one took the trouble to tape the instructions on the door so other guests won't have that issue and I never did again, even when coming back from the pub.

Very limited availability so couldn't stay longer! The land directly in front of the hotel will at some point soon be built on. It hasn't started yet. The bathroom window in my room couldn't be shut completely so hard to keep out insects. Balcony's are quite small.

A great stay overall! Check-in was quick and easy (500 Baht key deposit). My large, bright corner room was spotless, with daily checks keeping everything in order. Calm, respectful guests made for a peaceful atmosphere. The pool was clean and quiet, having it to myself most afternoons. Recommended— and even better for long-term stays.

Some road noise on the roadside rooms (earplugs needed), but I am a light sleeper.

This hotel is really good value for money. It is clean and comfortable with good air con. Nice pool, a gym too! Close to bars and eateries and a short walk to the beach if you can endure the heat. The staff are really friendly and helpful too.

This place isn’t the ritziest….its basic but good. I would definitely stay here again. There was nothing to dislike. Budget accommodation at its best I would say..👍

I really like the facilities in this condominium. Very nice swimming pool. On the first floor there’s laundry area. The room is big and clean, it has sitting area with desk, it’s convenient for people who work remotely.

There’s only one suggestion that I want to share. You can make the room better by adding drying rack on the balcony.

Quite location, but close to the shops and night market. Swimming pool and the gym.

Gap under the door 15-20mm,which is not good for soundproofing. Swimming pool water is quite cold, the flow can be adjusted so it will heat up during day.

This was my in Hua Hin, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was big enough, and very clean. The location seemed a bit far the first day, but it really wasn't; I had gone longer way. From then on I looked forward to the walk. There are many shops and street food a stone's throw away, and a 7-Eleven 1-2, minute walk. The Precious is good value for the money, and I will be back.

wow its a great place to stay with everything needed close by, all staff very freindly. only booked it for 4 nights but have since extended it by further 12 nights as hua hin is perfect location, best to hire motorbike to get around as majes ut easier

We enjoyed the stay and had a great view from the window. Very helpful and friendly staff! They helped us to rent a bike, let us check in earlier and overall great people!

You can hear music/TV and people in the hallway through walls, but very slightly.
