- I really loved my room - very spacious and bright with a peaceful mountain view. - I took a bike (via Grab) each and every time I had to go to the center and the public beach and it cost me 45baht per trip so that makes the location I feel very convenient. - The wifi was very smooth contrary to some of the reviews here. - Enough toiletries in the room. - There's a laundry service next to the hotel.

I didn't like the majority of the guests - I have seen many old white guys - they didn't bother me but a bit of an eye sore when they're with Asian women half their age and they've taken over the pool.

In itself it was obviously planned as a great place to stay at. It has everything, an ample room, a balcony with an amazing view, good comfortable bed, a shelf/desk to work at. Big pool and a gym where you can do a bench press. Could have easily got a 10-rate if it wasn't for drawbacks.

The place desperately needs a manager. I do not mean the staff on reception, but general. The liner and the hose in the bathroom are covered with layers of fungus and calcium, some fungus on the walls; the walls in the room are stained with dont-know-what in places. Do a proper cleaning with chemical stuff, refresh the painting on the wall - and you would have a perfect place to stay at. It would cost a ridiculously small amount of money and half a day at most to bring the room into a proper state. Also be careful if you are going to walk to the hotel at night time, nearby is a field with stray dogs, could be risky.

The hotel staff is very helpful and incredibly friendly. The room is very nice, with a view of the mountains and the whole city. The hotel has a shared pool, gym, pool table, and even a ping pong table. Everything is nearby — restaurants, a hairdresser, and scooter rentals — except for the beach, which is about a kilometer away. But there are scooters and super cheap taxis available. Highly recommend!

Even though the accomodation was located further from the beachfront, the location was great as the hotel offers spacy balconies with an amazing hillside panorama. Close to the hotel there is a Khao Hin Lek Fai Viewpoint with lots of monkeys - what a lovely place! Accomodation was comfy and clean. One could not lock the balcony door, but this was not a problem for us. There were good room facilities, table suitable for working, pool was also available.

Terrible wi-fi connection (attending online calls is impossible here). However, this is not a sole problem of this hotel, as this was a problem in majority of accomodations in Thailand. Ofc, if you buy a SIM card with enough data, you can easily overcome this problem by a hotspot sharing. And, if you wanna make the distance to the beach by foot, prepare for a 30-40 minutes of walking. These are just minor comments, the accomodation was great!

If the staff at the reception were more friendly and polite, it would be better, it seems like they wouldn't want to be there, without a minimum of smile, they make you feel a stranger, but at the end, not to bad

Staff were attentive to my needs and were especially helpful in getting me an ambulance when I fell sick. The counter staff asked how I was doing after I got out of the hospital. It was nice to be asked a few times.

A person on floor #8 I think playing and practicing scales on a trumpet every afternoon for weeks....still continues today. Very loud, very annoying. The person has no consideration of others peace and quiet.

The Huahin terminal is great value for money it's a bit far from center of Huahin the main road outside has lots of places to eat and drink and a few mini marts the only thing is the staff in the reception in 12 years of long term stays in Thailand the were the most miserable and unhelpful Thai people I have ever met

Large room with a great balcony, altogether very comfortable and I really loved the large pool. Staff were friendly and informative, the fitness centre is well equipped, the place has a very friendly vibe.

Not much, there was some crop burning pollution which was quite toxic on few days. Nothing to do with the property, but worth being aware of if you are sensitive to such conditions. I walked to the beach most days as I enjoy the exercise, though like most of the country there are few paved areas so you do need to keep an eye on the road traffic.

Love the pool and having a large room with a spacious balcony, the fitness centre is well equipped, the in house laundry was handy and very cheap. The building could probably do with a bit of TLC on the interior front though that didn't really bother me. I liked the minimal feel of the space and the fact that it lacks the usually tacky fake decor you get in most hotels.

Maybe a pool table instead of the snooker table and more beer brands on offer, though there are plenty of those in the nearby store and 7 11 / Family Mart.

I really liked this place! Beds were comfy!, cleaning was well done, they have a swimming pool, a small 7 eleven machine, a small gym that is a bit old but is okay for a basic workout! They provide towels, shampoo, shower gel. If you have a motorbike then location is totally fine, if you don't have then I suggested you use the "grab" app to move around, you can get cheap rides for honestly less than 2 dollars so it's totally fine! I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely return if I go back to Hua Hin!

The staff was professional but the reception was a little bit cold, not very friendly. Not a big problem, maybe they were just busy!
