Well run resort. Next to the nightlife of soi 94. Pleasant rooms and bathroom. Decent bed and bedding. Good value.

Only negative was the air con was a little noisy but it was nothing that a few beers couldn't sort out.🤣🤣

The place is clean and everything is functioned properly. I love the room which feels like our home.Location wise is fantastic. But the highlight of the place is the host, Ollie. There's no elevator, but Ollie is so strong and kind, he helped us going up and down to the second floor carrying both of my 30 kg suitcases, plus my big dog crate. It's pet friendly, and Ollie is an animal lover. He is easy going, friendly but always giving space to you to do your own things. He helped us for transportation need both for the bike and taxi. Very recommended, and we'll be back in a heartbeat!

The design of the hotel is really nice. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff is really kind and so is Olivier the owner, who makes sure you have everything you need.

Oli is the most friendly host. We weren’t really prepared for the Sin City that Hua Hin is, but fortunately Lovely Guesthouse 94 isn’t in the middle of that all. It’s a nice location, with lots of restaurants nearby, and an easy and short stroll to the beach. That’s exactly what we needed, and if that’s what you’re here for, Lovely Guesthouse 94 is the place to be. Superclean and beautiful looking rooms too!

This has nothing to do with the guesthouse, but just a gentle warning for the ill prepaired traveller: Hua Hin sees a lot of single Western men in their 50’s, walking around with (multiple) young Thai women. Unfortunately that is also a part of Thailand. Still, Oli’s guesthouse is not in the centre of that all, so if your visiting for the beach, definitely stay here, and not in the old town aka Sin City😉

Location was perfect: vivid street just 500m away from the beach. The hotel itself is quite new (1 year old) and stylish. The price was affordable for those commodities. And the host was so nice!

Not enough daylight inside (but there are some other rooms with huge windows for extra 100 bat per night). Just check out all the options before.

Oli's Lovely Guesthouse 94 is exactly what it says on the tin - the loveliest guest house in Hua Hin! The rooms are very comfortable, the restaurant / seating area downstairs is a plant and nature-filled escape from the bustle of the town, the guest house is a lovely size (less than ten rooms total I think) and the star of the show is Oli! Warm, kind, thoughtful, and the creator of a welcoming, homely and relaxed environment. He kindly lent us bicycles for free during our stay (which were excellent for nipping about the town and visiting further beaches) and stayed late on our last day waiting for us to pick up our bags (we felt awful about this, but his kindness is unquestionable!) The wifi strength is also very good for anyone working while travelling, the shower water pressure was perfect even for those with longer hair, and the fridge in the room very spacious.

Fantastic friendly owner, who is also an incredible cook and runs a restaurant on sight. We loved the chilled out atmosphere. The rooms are like a boutique hotel, very comfortable and clean but yet also quiet and relaxing. The outside areas, both our balcony and the downstairs communal areas, were nice places to sit and watch the world go by. The fridge in the room was a really nice touch too, as well as the free tea and coffee downstairs.

The room is spacious and with a comfortable bed. Air con works well. There is a nice balcony. The bathroom was clean. There was a table and a chair and a fridge in the room. Towels were provided. The whole house has a nice vibe. The best part is the owner Oli - a Masterchef whose kindness and cooking skills are the winners. If you are coming by bus, get off near Market Villa and walk Soy 94. It will take 10-15 mins. The walk to the beach is about 20 mins. The main bus station where buses to the airport go is 10 km away.

Location is great can easily walk to the beach through soi 75, market village, bluepoint and has the best Muay Thai club around the corner. There are two push bikes that are free to use at all times. The room is cosy and clean, has everything needed for great value. Quirky and unique design, one of a kind. The restaurant food is delicious, I recommend the chicken green curry. The owner Olli is the perfect host and his staff are great.

Everything about the guesthouse, it's the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in Thailand. It feels homely, clean, stylish,the best facility and decor, helpful owner makes you feel welcome. Feels like in game lodge in my country. It has a restaurant downstairs, cam order food and coffee. Also good value for money.It is for me top notch.👌 It is close to everything shops, markets shopping mall and not far from the beach. I highly recommend it. And I could book and pay through booking.com. Oli the best. 🙏
