The place by the river is nice with a beautiful garden outside to relax at the balcony. The price is good. The provided bicycles for guests was wonderful.

1. the electric plug in the toilet by the sink is quite dangerous especially with kids, it's very easy to splash water by accident. It would be better to install a cover for it at least it stays closed when not in use. 2. The food for breakfast has very few options, it would be great to provide more food choices especially most of your guests are from western countries. A coffee machine would be great as well. 3. The pool is a bit small and soooo hot during the day.

The property was clean, the rooms were a good size with a nice balcony facing the garden (which was very nice) The location was nice in terms of the river view and with the pool. The staff were very accommodating with our two small kids, added an extra mattress on the floor as requested. The driver they booked for us was very nice, we did a trip to the waterfalls with him (if we knew it was an all day thing we’d get a cab though) and he also did a very long 8 hour drive to Koh Chang with us.

The location of the hotel was a little remote, no shops or restaurants that close, everything was a cab drive away mostly. The restaurant on site wasn’t the best with quite pricey dishes and small portions but was ok. Breakfast was very basic.

Loved the place! Simple clean cozy the staff is always (!!!) smiling and helping in everything they can. The location was good for us because we were with a car, 12 min drive to city center. We loved the pool with the river view, also the restaurant is wonderful, on a rainy evening we chose to stay there and eat there and this was a great choice, great food and great service.

The only thing I can say is the mattresses in both the double and single beds, very hard. Having said that it didn’t change the good experience.

Lovely hotel. Better than expectations. Very clean. Lovely helpful staff. Beautiful location, all but a little far out. Photos don't do it justice. Should be at the least a 4 🌟

Breakfast pretty poor when catering for European, American, Australian etc. Ok for Asian. The aircon in my room wasn't working. Which I wasn't happy about and they didn't have an alternative room. Was supplied with a fan . Which did the job until the aircon can be repaired

I have stayed in many hotels around Thailand and I will say this is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the gardens are absolutely immaculate and beautiful. The food in the restaurant is very good and better still the prices are the same you would pay outside which surprised me because most hotels over charge.. Met the owner and she is a lovely lady.

Nothing to dislike

We had a river view room with two balconies. The pool is great really clean. The gardens are beautiful and immaculate. We extended our stay by a few days

Bed a little hard and rooms are somewhat dated. Breakfast was good but not much choice. We were the only guests so guessing it’s a good buffet when hotel is full . About 10 minute drive to the bridge

Excellent location, large rooms with balcony, lovely infinity pool over the river kwai, good breakfast, and good generally.. clean and excellent service.. lovely gardens and landscapes. Plenty parking space..

TV stations could have more international channels... and restaurant and bar service can be extended to later hours for outdoor seating by the pool area..

The suite was very nice with a great view of the river. The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. The hotel grounds were gorgeous and the food was very nice.

For some reason I thought that the suite had its own private swimming pool, but it didn’t. The balcony overlooked the pool, which at times made our room feel less private.

The hotel was lovely 😍! The facilities were clean, the staff were amazing! Treat you like a 5 Star hotel. Our experience was brilliant. Thank you very much 😊 esp Lit & lang! Them guys were brilliant. All we needed was supported! Will defo stay again. You will not be disappointed. They even made our towels in the shape of an elephant 🐘

There was very little not to like... All was great! What i will say if you stay is the location meant you would have to get a taxi or take a bike or a moped into the town or bridge! We were fortunate enough to land ourselves a moped from some of the staff which were so helpful. We also had a taxi driver whom was also outstanding and took us to many places, the waterfalls and even the airport that was 3 hours away!

A really nice hotel well maintained gardens and hotel rooms. Location means you do need to use taxi to get to city area but not expensive.

It was obvious that communication was a bit of a struggle. You need to be very clear and use simple words. Breakfast was OK but limited.
