We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this beautiful lakeside hotel. The room was very clean, with a stunning view of the lake. One of the highlights was the free kayaking experience – such a peaceful and unique activity! The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially **Phoe (Four)** – he went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. The hotel restaurant was great too, with a wide variety of tasty dishes. Do note that the hotel is quite far from the city, so it’s best to come prepared. Luckily, they offer a free shuttle to 7-Eleven, which was very convenient! . Thanks again to **Phoe (Four)** for the amazing service!

‏The only issue we experienced was with ants in both rooms we stayed in – something for the hotel to improve

The location on the hillside overlooking the beautiful lake is stunning, the boat ride in the late afternoon towards the sundown was also a highlight. Reception and employees all very friendly. (with one exception, see dinner)

The bungalows have absolutely no sound isolation and as there are 2 rooms per bungalow, your good rest absolutely depends on your neighbors. We also didn't appreciate the way we were "kindly told" to leave the restaurant at 08:30 pm, even though we were still enjoying our drinks, the waiter just brought us the invoice without us having asked for it.

We like the room. It was big and clean. There were some spots on the floor from construction work. I guess. However, it does not make me feel unconfortable. The staffs were also very friendly, helpful and polite. The restaurant was good in term of pricing and quality. Breakfast was what you would normally expected from this class of hotel. However, my children loved the breakfast.

There were many small insects somehow getting in room at night even we close everything. My wife experience it but not me (we slept in a different bed). However, it was not a big deal for us.

Location and views are exceptional 👌. The customer relations support and service were professional and of a high standard. 👏. Breakfast was included and abundant. We had all our meals at the Rayaburi resort restaurant. Good food at good prices.. We were impressed with the extensive, well maintained property and watersport facilities. A delightfully peaceful and relaxing ambience with efficient , friendly, and helpful staff. Good roads leading to the resort .

Nothing of any consequence.

So peaceful and tranquility, just what the body needs, nice evenings, a little bit quiet probably for this time of year, staff so helpful, would definitely come back and stay longer possibly up grade to the jacuzzi suit next time

The mattress on the bad a little to hard for my liking Side sleeper 555 but apart from that everything was just perfect .

Great facilities onsite for rafting and canoeing and other water sports. Lovely quiet area with beautiful views. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were always very helpful.

It was quite secluded so you really need your own car.

it was quite a long drive to get to the resort, but that meant it was very peaceful away from the crowds

Lovely spot to sit on porch and swim directly off. Maitre d was very pleasant and helpful

Evening meal had too many chillies. Too hot to eat but had the cost refunded which was great. Wait staff coughing and sneezing around guests without any face mask.

The facilities are very nice, the Jacuzzi rooms on the water were excellent. Lots of activities to keep you busy and a decent breakfast in the morning. We also forgot something and they were very helpful sending it to us.

Great location in the hills of Kanchanaburi, right outside the national park. We had our own car, so the location was perfect for us, but it is a bit isolated if you are relying on other transport.

The coffee at breakfast was not very good. This is a problem throughout most places in Thailand.
