1. The check-in process. Kept us waiting for three hours even though room had been vacated early by previous guest. Did not instruct the Housekeeping team to prioritize cleaning this room. 2. Unsafe, dark and terrible pathway to rooms. Needs immediate change to proper & well lit path 3. Shortage of staff. Reception staff were forced to work in the restaurant too. 4. Cleaning and maintenance has to be improved - tiles, common restrooms, etc

The location is realy close to Nai Harn, the best Phuket beach. The swimming pool is really huge

This place pretends to be high standard, but too many things miss to reach it ...Stayesd there over 7 nights and the elevator became really dirty and nobody cared, outside bar from photos is non existing, the gym AC works so badly, you feel actually in sauna. You can order food in your room but there is no table to eat by. Many employees there but everybody is on his phone and doesn't even pretend to work. To my opinion this hotel need a serious manager to handle the staff and keep en eye on things. Having an amazing pool isn't enough

I really liked the hotel and the staff and the location, I am very glad I chose it. The first is only 10 minutes to the sea and on the way and fruits and frees and a lot of cafes. Near the hotel a currency exchange with good rate and a store. 7/11 is a 5 minute walk. Also about 15 minutes to a good laundry, one wash in the machine 10 kg about 60 baht and the same amount of drying. In the hotel there is a cafe where you can drink fresh and eat local cuisine. The hotel staff is very attentive and helpful. Change of towels and full cleaning every day, it is very cool, as well as every day 2 bottles of water. There are 2 swimming pools and a gym. Rooms are large and comfortable with a cozy balcony and comfortable chair, neighbors can not hear. There is a vending machine where 24/7 you can buy water, beer and different snacks. The room has good air conditioning. There are 2 cute cats living in the hotel. The staff are constantly looking after the hotel, watering the flowers, cleaning the pool, mowing the grass. Awesome quiet peaceful atmosphere.

Really fresh, new accommodations. Big rooms, up to date furnishings. The pool is really great and there is a kids playroom with tons and tons of really great toys.

For the area it’s in a good location, pretty close to Nai Harn beach which is awesome but as a family, it’s honestly a bit far to walk. And if you hit the beach at sundown as those with small kids are likely to do to avoid the scorching midday sun, you are likely to be walking home surrounded by traffic in the dark with little kids on the road. This hotel is really pretty good but they absolutely have to get a shuttle to cater to families who are really who their accommodations serve best.

The staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you. The swimming pool was fabulous and the grounds were really well tendered to. Breakfast was very good and the room was clean and spacious.

The location is a little far from the restaurants and bar and also a fair walk to the beach. Saddly you cannot walk to the beach by the side of the lagon as it looks as if they were building a walkway and run out of money, this means you have ton walk on the road to the beach dodging traffic- this is not the hotels fault though.

We have stayed at the galley a few times now and really love the rooms and the location. The pool area is great and so quiet. Breakfast is good and included in our rate. Lovely big balcony and a nice big swing chair in the room. The beds are super comfortable and rolls are cleaned every day.

We booked the supreme room so we had extra space, the wood is getting a little worn in the bathroom after she could do with a wood stain and the tops of the mirrors (high up) could do with a good dusting

Everything, well priced hotel in great location. Much cheaper than other big hotels in the area but has good faciltie. Massive pool, never many people around and very quiet.

Nothing, great value for the money. It would be nice if they could develop the roof area so guests can sit and look at the lake. The hotel should think about putting a gate with a password on the outside stairs so the area can be used. I know they had a problem with non guests using the facilities so they closed it.

When first visiting the room we were greeted by mosquitos - would be good to have the room sprayed before guests arrive. Limited dining options nearby and you will likely need to travel by tuk tuk

I loved this hotel so much. We stayed for 19 nights at the end of 2022. I loved everything about it, the staff are amazing, the room was large with everything you need and the pool was incredible. The vibe from the hotel, is super friendly staff who are an absolute joy. English is spoken in the hotel. The breakfast restaurant was very well managed by a fabulous young lady called Benz, we were greeted by warm smiles from the staff every morning. There is a large choice of food, the menu is on a tablet so you can scroll and chose what you want. The pool area is lovely, and the pool is huge, most of the time we had it to ourselves. While we were there the grounds were taken care of by a lady who worked very hard to maintain all elements of the outdoor areas. Something interesting about the grounds, it is a haven for wildlife, we were amazed at the diversity of the bird life, never have we seen so many bird species on any of our travels. The hotel is very clean, the staff work tirelessly to maintain high standards. The Wi-Fi is excellent. There is a lift The balcony is massive. The shower is divine. There are many restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The glorious beach is a lovely 10 minute walk along the lake side. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel. There is a money exchange next to the hotel. There is an ice cream/ smoothie/ drinks kiosk next to the hotel. There is a tourism office next to the hotel. 2 or 3 mins away is a fruit stall and a pancake stall at night. There are stalls on the road to the beach selling amazing street food. The local blue bus runs from the beach to Phuket town and can be flagged down from outside the Gallery Hotel. Staying at the Gallery was, I believe, the happiest holiday I have ever had.

I didn't like leaving the Gallery Hotel and the staff who became my friends.

Good size room and friendly staff, including the cats! Pool was also very nice, although there could be more sunbeds around the big pool. Great location, beach is even reachable by foot.

It's clear the staff could use some hospitality training. They were very friendly, but lacked some knowledge about services. Breakfast is very minimal, not a lot of variation in the buffet. Balcony should have a bit more furniture or just a side table would already be a good start.
