The property is well taken care of, i had a very well stay there. The staff were very nice and made you feel very welcomed. Even when I entered the room for the first time the staff introduced us first about the room. So we felt taken care of. Moreover the room provided us with long sofa and 2 chairs so we had enough space chill (we stayed in other hotel in nai harn too, and they only provided a sofa for one person). The view of the balcony is very mesmerizing and scenic and i appreciated the long sofa on the balcony as well as the fan. Made it enjoyable to chill at the balcony. The AC i think is not well located. The AC fan could be quite noisy and the fan blew right on to our head. But we can tackle it by closing the curtain by the bed

The location is not so nice as the hotel is located in a hilly topography. But that explains the great view we obtained. But it didnt make us remote enough if we want to reach the pool or the lobby. We had to use a buggy car to go down to the lobby. Even though the hotel might be very close to nai harn beach, but the amount of stairs and walking we had to go through to reach the lobby is quite far. But they offer a buggy car too if we want to be picked up from our room to the lobby.

Problems were dealt with extremely swiftly. The weekly night market was a fun difference. Facilities were very nice.

We had an excellent stay, the enthusiastic and excessive whistling for each point in a casual pool volleyball session would probably be the only gripe 🫢

Location was too far from the attractions and the property is on a very steep hill which makes going to the room challenging. Have to wait for a buggy to take you or you have to climb many stairs and use 2 elevators.

Sunsuri is one of the best hotels we've ever been to. Everything was great starting from the people working there to facilities, rooms and nature. The hotel is beautiful, the desire to take pictures is constant. The room in 5th building, almost the highest one - is great, has 3 big beds, amazing bathroom and huge balcony - enough space for 3 people. The short track to the lobby is nice + you can order transfer to/from the lobby anytime and the drivers are very friendly!! The pools are nice with a few fun activities - water slide and diving platform. And a few words about staff and service overall: They can always find a compromise, they're very friendly and attentive. Our friend had a stomachache and we called a room service to try to order some plain chicken soup (it wasn't in the menu) - and the chef was very concerned, he immediately agreed to cook this soup. It was incredibly cute!! We are very thankful! On the weekend there was a party for tourism managers, so the pool zone was very crowded by people, and we asked the manager what should we do and where should we relax? He immediately found a solution, moreover offered free bracelets for food and drinks. The attentiveness and care are amazing

Love the beds, so comfortable. The location is excellent. Great view and the kids love the pool. I love the gym. And everyone loved the breakfast buffet. The staff are lovely and friendly. Easy walking distance to the beach and shops.

We were hoping for the bathtub in our room. For the price, we should have been able to take the better quality rooms. The hotel was not full. And as repeat customers (we live in Thailand full time and I always book two adjoining rooms), I think they should have given us the family rooms with bathtub.

The Grand Pool Room is exceptional especially the view

the Wifi was terrible get disconnected frequently and you have to enter the pin number every time

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Always attentive to our every need. Quiet location, very relaxing. Rooms had spacious balcony with a fan in balcony for added comfort. Pools were ample and had water slide, diving board. Breakfast buffet had ample selection for both western and asian cuisines.

The hotel is located on a hill, and staying in some of the higher up building requires taking the free provided cart by the hotel, or taking several (and I mean several) flights of stairs. My partner and I are young and active so could do this daily but definitely noticed some of the less able guests having a hard time. This isn't a real dislike on our part, but rather an advice to people who are less mobile to make sure to try and request a room in one of the buildings closest to the lobby. This hotel is great value for money.

The staff where exceptional would do anything to help, so friendly and kind. The spa staff were very knowledgeable, I would recommend a full body massage. The breakfast was fantastic so much to choose from. The restaurant manager was helpful in suggesting place of interest so was the reception staff. Loved the pool one of the best features, also the pool bar and restaurant. Happy hour.

To much stairs.. but the staff was willing to drive you up and bring you down. we walked down a lot, but used the ride up in the last few days. I think it would be more cost effective especially during high season when there’s lots of guest, or maybe a walk way.. I don’t know just a suggestion.

Sunsuri exceeded our expectations. It was not only defined by luxury but also by the quality of people who worked there. Each and everyone was a delight - and this made our stay at the hotel truly memorable and one of a kind. We checked in at the hotel at a very bad season - the rainy season, when everyday rains the entire day. It was very grey and quiet but that did not stop us from enjoying our stay in Nai Harn. Sunsuri was the culprit of our joy and relaxation and it was worth all the money spent. Room We were happy with the size, the lay-out and with our room, we can have a good view of the lake and the a bit of the beach. The room is romantically lit, hence there isn't a lot of strong lighting in the room but we feel that was the overall theme of the hotel. Breakfast The breakfast has a wide variety of options and it changes everyday. Pools / Recreational Areas They had 5 pools! We enjoyed every visit to the pool even if it were raining, we did not miss the slide! Kids and kids at heart like we were, enjoyed every bit of that! Location It is an hour and half drive away from the airport - old town or Patong but we wanted the serenity and quiet. This is a great option for families and couple who want a get away where silence and relaxation is needed. Tours We did not have the chance to try these, but they were readily available and arranged at the front desk. Staff And lastly the staff that made our stay memorable Miss Aom and Miss Suay at the front desk who welcomed us and checked us in smoothly Mr. Wut (our favourite person) at the restaurant who always asked how we were and gave us tips about the interesting places in the area, and how to get around Mr. Donnie and Ms. Ma who cleaned our rooms thoroughly even if we were there and keeping an eye on them :D Mr. Pepe who helped us with our luggage, transported us to the beach Thank you so much and we will definitely come back with family and friends to share the joy which we had during our stay.

That our stay was too short.

Everything! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, the pool was beautiful as was the view from our window of the pool, and a temple in the distance. I loved the balcony with the large outdoor lounge. It was also very quiet at night and comfortable with aircon that worked well. The sheets were so soft and everything felt luxurious to me. The bed was super comfy, as were the pillows. The buffet breakfast presented a variety of Thai and other Asian dishes which was interesting and yummy. However they also had the usual Western fare, both hot breakfast and continental. I was really impressed with the variety. We also tried the restaurant one night and the Thai food was excellent. Also the location was quiet and didn't feel overly touristy.

We wished the table tennis/games room was open. At the end of the trip the staff told us they could open it upon request, but there was a sign on the door that indicated it was closed for the time being, and so we didn't know to ask. It was a shame because it rained on our trip and this would have been a fun activity.
