Our stay at Ocean Pie was perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at all times, starting with cold water and cold flannels when we arrived. We were shown to our beautiful room which was huge and immaculate. Complimentary water, snacks and soft drinks were a lovely touch. The bed was comfortable, we had clean fluffy towels and a hot, powerful shower. The pool area was always kept incrediblely clean, with lots of deckchairs and more complimentary drinks and popcorn. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice and everything was delicious. We loved the location, being minutes from the beautiful yanui beach. We made the most of the free bikes, and cycling to local shops and restaurants was very easy. We really hope to stay here again and I'd give it 11/10 if I could. Thanks to Victoria and the staff for an amazing stay!

Absolutely nothing we didn't love

Victoria and Tawan were perfect hosts. They are so friendly, and they took care of every need and desire that we had! The restaurant is great, but it is only open for breakfast. Many other restaurants and stores are within walking distance. It's a short walk to a clean beach with rocks, but the busy, beautiful, and sandy Nai Han Beach is a short taxi ride. Quiet and peaceful at night, and the air conditioners work great. Come and enjoy!

Everything was good,

Lovely breakfast and restaurant. Lovely decor in public spaces. Nice pool. Big apartment with extra bedroom. Comfy beds and clean.

Between booking and our stay the property changed its policy to adult only and we did find it a bit awkward staying with two fairly noisy (but not abnormally so) young children. In two days we were asked to keep the noise down on a number of occasions, mostly when they were just playing in the pool. There was no lunch or dinner, or a bar, though a good restaurant is close by.

The team went the extra mile to turn a simple anniversary celebration into a memorable occasion with a 3-tier fruit platter and a bottle of sparkling juice in an ice bucket - my partner and I were amazed! Another thing I love about this quaint resort is the buffet breakfast spread. I can have it every day! The lady at the reception is so nice and friendly. She made sure we have everything we need and recommended the best places to go for the Loy Krathong festival. Bonus: Nai Harn Lake and Rawai Beach is just a 5 min drive away.

not a lot of options for dinner in walking distance (I found one almost closed place, food was good). But you can drive 5-10 min to the restaurant area

Our stay at Hotel Ocean Pie Phuket was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was spotless, smelled fresh, and everything looked new. The calm and cozy atmosphere made our stay very pleasant. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the beach. A particularly memorable moment was when our daughter lost her teddy bear after housekeeping accidentally took it with the sheets. Despite it being late, we received a prompt response from the front desk. The next morning, the manager personally brought the teddy bear back to us during breakfast. Exceptional service that we truly appreciated! We highly recommend this hotel for a worry-free stay.

Everything was excellent ! Almost perfect, the staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the room. The swimming pool is awesome. The 4 minutes walk to the very nice and quiet beach where you can snorkel.

Just because perfection doesn't exist: it's something to hang the towels in the bathroom on the wall or something, the hand towels and bath towels. And also a chair for the desk would be nice, although there are 2 chairs on the balcony. Those are the only reasons why I'm not putting a 10/10, but i would put 9.5 if that was available.

The hotel is very well located between two beaches and with a view of the jungle. The room was large and very clean and with a large terrace. In the room there is a free minibar and snacks. The bathroom was large and clean with an excellent shower. There was a large TV with countless channels. There was an electric kettle and a large fridge. Wifi worked great. The hotel's swimming pool is very large and the water wonderfully clean. The area by the pool is cozy and there is free beer and soda and hot popcorn. There are sunbeds for everyone, but it can be difficult to find shade in the middle of the day. The breakfast was buffet and very delicious. Among other things, several kinds of cheese, which is a rarity on Asian breakfast tables. The staff acted very friendly and welcoming. Bicycles are free to use and scooters can be rented opposite the hotel. We were so pleased with this lovely hotel and where you get something for the money, so we extended our 3 nights with further 6 nights. The hotel gets our best recommendations.

The location is wonderfull, beautifull place, very well decorated, very helpfull staff, the rooms are big and beautifull. Beer is free all day long and so does cold drinks. Close to the most beautifull beach in Puket. Really worth visiting...

What i didnt like i told to the owner and honestly im waiting 4 my next vecation in the place to see the changes.

Owner Victoria goes out of her way to greet each guest and truly made me feel at home. Location is fabulous if you are looking for a quiet corner of Phuket. Staff are very friendly. Swimming pool is great. Breakfast is ample. The room is very large. Gym is quite good. Air con is cold, almost too cold. Turned it on for one hour and then left it off for rest of day. Nearby Ya Nui beach, though small, is fabulous and great for snorkeling. Very picturesque and not a crazy scene.

Chafing dishes didn't keep many breakfast items warm, so items like pancakes, french toast, grilled veggies, which would be great if warm, are cold and tired. Some trouble with the hot water during my stay though this was fixed. Having bicycles on offer are great and appreciated, and I used them every day, but they are way too small for most adults, and the brakes on some are unsafe. I was surprised on arrival by the demand for a cash security deposit, which wasn't indicated when I had made the booking.
