We really enjoyed our stay at this nice and cozy place. Great host Stephane and his crew made us feel at home while away from home. Great location away from noise and surrounded by nature yet close to everything you need (better to have a motorbike, but still walkable too), perfect sea view! Comfortable cozy room, big comfortable bed with comfy pillows, a kitchenette with all necessities (free water and cola bottles as a bonus from the host was really nice too), big bathroom (even travel size shampoos and normal brushes are provided by the host). Definitely recommended.

Can’t call it the downsides, just small specialties: 1. due to nature surrounding be prepared to meet some insects on the property, like flying ants and moths, especially after the rain 2. due to water system feature, water shortages may occur, but they are fixed by the host in short time

Everything but mostly the view! Absolutely Stunning from the balcony and from the inside of the room. You'll want to wake up to this view ;) Very spacious and modern inside Feels remote but walkable to city and beaches Away from main road - all you get is the " jungle" noises which is Amazing ;)! The apartment is far from the crowd. Small village in the south. Big balcony. You can watch the petanque match from it. Very nice beach is about 3km. You can use a motorbike. Stephane can give you for very cheap price. The old town, the Big Buddha and many beaches you can ride in 20 minutes. I will go back to Stephane for sure. The best is you can see the sea from your bed. The morning is beautiful. The best place for breakfast is only 50 meters from the house. Many good restaurants are 5 minutes by walk.

The hotel exceeded all expectations. Super hospitable host, spacious and cozy room, stunning sea view from a large balcony. We liked the area of Rawai, walking distance to everything, sea food market, 7/11, massage and restaurants... 5 min of picturesque ride to the beaches. Beach mat and towels are available in the room. The owner can provide you with bikes at a pleasant price. Stephan, thank you for a greate vacation))

The room was big and clean. The sea view was wonderfull. Internet worked well. Air conditioner was properly installed and worked well. The price is good. Near the restaurants and the beach.

The only problem was the smell in the bathroom. The Rawai Beach is not about swimming but I should have learned the location better.

The location is great and it has a wonderful view. The owner was very kind. The room was sound proof from outside events and other guests.

The bed was hard and difficult to get comfortable. I like to have a fan in the room but there wasn’t one available.

The view was absolutely amazing. Stefan was so friendly & helpful. They had left us coke & waters in the fridge & some toiletries in the bathroom, which I thought was a nice touch. Fantastic place to stay & great value!

Stephane is a superb host, the room offers potentially the best views in Rawai and is in a beautiful quiet location yet close enough to everything you need. Hopefully it will be available on my next visit! Thanks Stephane!

That is a very cozy place. I liked everything about it. I felt myself like home there! The owner of the place is awesome and friendly!

Stephan was so warm and welcoming. The room was nice and clean and even beach towels and free water were provided.

Even though the room description said there’s a bath tub, they didn’t have it in our room. It can be a little noisy when there’s a pétanque tournament.
