My room came with some breakfast food, like bread, butter, jam, there was a coffee machine with ample pods, a toaster, cooking equipment etc, great WIFI, the only negative is that in today's age, not having a smart TV is a negative.

Old out of date TV, not a smart TV

We had a fantastic time at the hotel, I couldn’t recommend it more! Kanjanong was incredibly helpful, messaging back on WhatsApp and booking.com super quickly. Went above and beyond to help us have the best experience, including organising transport for the hotel. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and the cleaning team just amazing. The small kitchenette had everything needed, and included a few treats as well. Perfect location. The three pools were lovely.

My only suggestion is that, since there are multiple pools, It would have been nice to have one as adults only…

The studio apartment is modern, immaculately clean, has brand new equipment and accessories. Huge comfortable bed and pillows, TV has English speaking channels for news and movies. Air con worked well, spacious balcony to sit on. Host communicated well and helped organise a taxi on our departure. Added bonus was plentiful tea, coffee and water refills. Milk, bread, soft drinks, butter, jam and snacks were left for us which was extremely useful. Plentiful bathroom accessories, also slippers, bathrobes and pool towels. Cleaning services attended each day. Fantastic literature about appliances and services. Choice of pools available, the location is beautiful with many restaurants and supermarkets, my favourite being Tops supermarket. Highly recommend.

There’s a lot to like about this place. It’s clean. Comfortable. The facilities are great and it felt very secure as there was always security at reception, and throughout the property. The room had absolutely everything you could possibly need for a longer stay. It felt like home and it was amazing that cleaning was done everyday. I found the bed a little too hard for me. I think a softer mattress topper would be game changing. There a large 7eleven next door and a seriously delicious restaurant just next to that. There are quite a few places to eat nearby, both slightly more commercial and some local places too. There had a handful of smaller beaches no more than 10 min drive away.

Whilst I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend staying here, I personally wouldn’t come back again because I didn’t enjoy Rawai. There is a lot less to do in the surrounding area than along the coast. The grab cost of having to come and go between the larger beaches and the old town adds up, and whilst it’s not the difference between staying somewhere along the beach, the time spent travelling between places, especially when there is traffic, is enough of a reason to stay along the west coast instead. The location for me wasn’t great if you’re interested in socialising. The demographic was much older than I am and a lot of the places seemed to cater for men.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made it so convenient for me to enjoy the coast. The hosts were incredibly communicative, always available to answer any questions and make sure I had everything I needed. The apartment itself was beautifully equipped with lots of thoughtful touches, making it feel really welcoming and comfortable. The shower was excellent, and I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely return!

Immaculately clean resort. Our studio too was very modern,pristinely maintained. Lovely area. Unlike some areas Rawai is nowhere near as busy, which provides a relaxing ambience. Great location, right in front of the beach and close to Chalong pier, Yanui beach and Promthep Cape. Management was amazing, always helpful and thoughtful. The flat has all the amenities to make holidays as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

For the people who are seeking more quiet holidays, might not be the best. Pool is occupied by children who run and scream throughout the day.

Clean crisp bedding, really well maintained cute minibar with snacks, softdrinksand coffee. Pool is lovely and shaded all day long, lots of good places to eat in the area. House keeping everyday except Saturday.

The price was a bit steep at $150 a night, probably a fair price would be about $75-$100 a night, but I guess if they have demand then the price is meeting the market.

Really lovely place to stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped, everything you may need and forgot to take was in the room. Staff and service was great. Highly recommended. I will be definitely looking to stay there again once in Rawai.

Great location, staff were great and the complex was very clean. The pools were lovely. The studio was very clean and everything was thought of for the traveller. Lots of little details, that I loved.
