I had the best time at this hotel! Everything was on point, but the pool? Absolutely loved it. I literally spent most of my time there—super clean, spacious, and just perfect for chilling. Great for families. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was great with a vast variety. The staff was kind, helpful and family friendly. With a restaurant on site, and the accessibility of food delivery via GRAB APP. You wouldn't even have to leave the resort. We of course wanted to get out and explore. The shuttle to other beaches worked well. Beds were comfortable and the massages at the Spa were professional and nice. We would stay here again.

The resort is located up a hill about a 10 min walk to Rawai Beach. This beach was pretty dirty and not great for swimming. The shuttle service to other beaches was nice to utilize. So the location wasn't bad but not the best.

The pool is really nice for a family. The installation is great. You can walk to restaurants and shops. The room is beautiful. The staff is really helpful and gentle. They helped us with our luggage and they allowed us to do a late checkout. The pool was the favourite of our 5 years old.

For a weird reason there were a lot of mosquitos in the room even though the windows were never open and there was a smell of humidity. Also in the picture it seemed like there was a small kitchen in the room but there is not, not even plates just cups and instant coffee.

Beautiful hotel. We had the 2 bedroom suite. Perfect for our family. Everything is new. Pool and kids area was great.

We were put in building 7 which was a 100 meter uphill walk from the main lobby and pool. It was difficult as we have 3 kids and 2 prams. It did ruin our stay. Also the air conditioning in the kids club didn't work so our kids were melting in the room. Location was just a little too far away from the main beach but also not the worst. Had an annoying up hill walk back.
