Our stay at your property in Thailand was absolutely the best! The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The area was stunningly beautiful and so relaxing. A special shout-out to the lady at the front desk who went above and beyond to help me retrieve my clothing that I had left in Patong. Her assistance was greatly appreciated! The room was impeccably clean, and the showers were amazing with great water pressure. I loved that the sink was outside the bathroom, which made the space feel less congested compared to most places in Thailand. Thank you for providing such a fantastic stay

It is in a great location on the sea front. The apartments are new, comfortable and clean. The staff and owner were very friendly. Of course we booked this property to train Muay Thai. All the staff were ex or current fighters and my son learnt something new with every session. Even in the group classes most of the pupils were teamed up with trainers.

Very well thought through property - everything works. Manager Bryan perfectly matches Gym-Muay-Thai training facilities and lodging.

This is my 2nd time staying here and I extended my stay, everything is super clean. very close to 711, macaw cafe is next door with cheap buffet, beach is right across the road, Ya Nui beach is 20minute walk, 18 minute walk to Rawai Pier.

Staff were very helpful and gave us tips about the local area. The room was really big and in a great location, right next to Rawai beach and a big seafood market with delicious food. The muay thai gym it was located in didn't bother us, as training started at 8am and finished in the afternoon, so we were able to sleep just fine. Overall great value for money!

The shower pressure was very low, they fixed a leak from the shower hose but it still didn't fix the pressure problem.

The hotel saved me since the hotel I was supposed to stay at turned out to be closed! They gave me a room late at night and then accommodated me for a second night without complication. They provided me with a receipt too needed for the mess up with the other hotel. Really helpful staff, the most comfortable bed, working ac and the most perfect location...by the beach, restaurants and bars. Muay Thai gym connected if you wanna try out some classes too!

Couldn't get the WiFi to work, but I also didn't ask for help with this so not their fault.

The room was very clean and comfortable, just like in photos. Sauna was very warm. The hospitality and management of the owner – exceptional!!
