Stayed here from 9th to 16th June 2025 in room 1110 The pool access room is worth the extra. After the main pool is closed for the night you still have your private pool area you can access anytime. The breakfast selection provided is great and did offer vegetarian options. The pool length is approx a 70 metre length for those who lap swim with some small deviation due to pool design. The upper pool has no obstructions but i didn’t measure its lap length. Room Safe is large enough to fit a 13inch Ipad Pro, most other places only have small safes Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The location is close to restaurants and the “phuket smart bus” stop. This bus costs on 100bht ($4.70Aus) and takes you all the way to the airport.

Its a long walk to your room by design with a lot of steps. Not an issue for me, but not really a hotel for clients with accessibility needs. The accomodation blocks do have lifts which is great. Its easier to walk through the service driveway to get to rooms, if your rooms situated in accomodation blocks on west and north west side.

The hotel is located in the south of the island, a good starting point for the islands. It has a very nice, good-looking swimming pool, grade 10. The rooms are large, we had a room with 3 beds for children and parents. They have rooms on the ground floor, from which you can go directly to your own pool. Fresh, delicious breakfast with European but also Thai specific influences.

The staff leaves much to be desired, at least in attitude. At first he smiles nicely for a second, but after that he treats you with indifference. It seems that he is always trying to cheat some prices, and if you are not careful you pay more. They are not fair on the prices. For example, before arriving at the hotel, I requested a transfer, and they told me it would cost me 1700 Bth. After arriving at the hotel, I saw on the board that the price for the transfer was actually 1000 Bth. All in all, if you get over these, it is a very nice location for a family with children.

The resort is beautifully designed around a fabulous central pool within a lush tropical garden setting. Rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean . A very nice ambiance. Staff were very friendly.

The breakfast on offer wasn’t very good. All the standard stuff, however underwhelming and coffee was terrible. Lack of quality Thai options was disappointing considering where you are!

Very relaxing and beautiful manicured grounds. The stone statues made it very interesting. Lovely comfortable bed and great strong shower. Breakfast had a varied selection. Even though we had some rain we could still lay out on the loungers as our swim up pool room outdoor patio was covered, many afternoon naps taken! The food in the restaurant at the front of the hotel was very good and reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant. Also they have a courtesy bus which goes to the beach. This is a great hotel and will definitely be booking again.

The bathroom was a little dark and would have been nice to have a light over the mirror.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay at Rawai Palm Beach Resort The staff were absolutely amazing – from the moment we stepped out of our transport we were greeted warmly with a refreshing welcome drink and smooth check-in. The hotel even offered a free shuttle bus to nearby beaches, which was a great bonus. The property itself is stunning, surrounded by vibrant gardens, clean walkways and beautiful pool areas. Great for children too! There were always plenty of sunbeds available, fluffy pool towels and friendly pool bar staff serving up delicious cocktails. We stayed in a deluxe family suite on the fourth floor overlooking the pools and bay. The height was perfect – quiet enough that we couldn’t hear people swimming and no noise from pubs, restaurants or bars. The suite was huge, very clean and regularly serviced. The staff happily provided extra pillows when we asked. The air conditioning kept the room perfectly cool, and the beds were comfortable – making it easy to rest at any time of day. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection – fresh fruit, pastries, yogurts, Thai dishes, salads, juices, and an egg station where you could order eggs and bacon just how you like them. A great way to start the day! The location is fantastic, on the quieter western side of Rawai Bay. It’s an easy walk to local restaurants and beachside dining, with plenty of longboats available for island trips. While there aren’t as many tourist-style market stalls in this part of Rawai, there are plenty of day spas, local massage spots, yoga studios, Muay Thai gyms, pharmacies, Tops (like IGA) 7 Elevens and relaxed bars – all with a much calmer vibe than Patong. Getting around was easy. Grab cars cost around $10 AUD to Nai Han Beach or Chalong Bay and about $20 AUD one-way to Patong, which made for a fun day trip. Scooter hire is also available just across the road from the hotel, and the area feels safe and easy to explore.

I had a recent operation and found there were quite a lot of steps when entering/exiting the hotel, getting to the foyer, or reaching the rooms. I did make use of the service/golf buggy path on the western side of the property, which was much easier as it’s on level ground and connects directly to the lifts – very helpful for anyone with mobility issues. Another minor issue was the chairs inside and outside the rooms. They are quite heavy, and when other guests moved them around it sometimes created noise through the flooring. On a couple of occasions this woke me up during the night.

The fact there was not enough lounge chairs and that in the morning people would put a towel on the chair or bag and disappear, to come back hours later. That should be stopped if you are not using the lounges you cannot claim them with a towel. It’s unfair to people who wish to use them and also the hotel needs to add more chairs

Breakfast was amazing! The baby pool was getting upgraded, which the workers are working super hard and quick to get the job done. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean and lovely. Walking distance to 7/11, restaurants, a chemist next door, laundromat across the road. Everything is nice. The luggage assistance guys were so so friendly. One helped us get a boat tour which we done through the hotel, which was so so amazing. The driver we had through the hotel was amazing! Everything was good. The bed was a bit hard, my back didn’t like it but I loved everything in this hotel

The water pressure of the shower, would go hot then cold. The bed was hard and made my back sore

Really enjoyed my stay with you guys, pool, facilities, everything was amazing. I want to specifically mention Nattyia who was on reception when we arrived.
