It was an amazing hotel. Small but very well planned, with lots of beautiful plants and pool (kids area, main area and Jacuzzi). Very helpful staff on the reception and restaurant, as well as cleaning ladies. Staying in one place you get 3 beaches: Rawai, Nai Harn and Ya Nui. Free Hotel shuttle will shortly drop you to the beach or to the view point for sunset. I stayed here in June. Low season can challenge you with waves, but hotel location smooths it out. Rawai offers you calm, but opaque water, Ya Nui is clear and perfect for snorkeling, Nai Harn is wavy in June but just beautiful. Another benefit is 7/11 round the corner, as well as exchange, restaurants and busy barber shop.

We were pleasantly surprised at this stunning oasis tucked away from Rawai Beach. You cannot swim on Rawai beach but the Navatara offer a free shuttle to the nearby Nai Harn beach which is beautiful. The staff here are wonderful and made our stay perfect. They were friendly, all smiles and nothing was too much if we asked. The location and property itself is beautiful. We felt like we were in a tropical paradise. The swimming pool is stunning, lovely and cool and sits in the courtyard in the centre of the hotel rooms. We felt the rooms were apart enough to maintain our privacy although when on the balcony, you can see the other guests and rooms. Not a problem though as everyone was friendly. The room was huge and very clean, which is an absolute must for us. Towels and bedding was changed everyday if we wished and instructions on what to do were very clear. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. There is a telephone in the room to speak to reception and order room service from 11am - 11pm. Breakfast was the only slight disappointment as my eggs benedict was sloppy, however, the rest of the food was ok. The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful. We had been recommended this hotel by friends and it is one of the top hotels we went to in Phuket.

The location by Rawai beach was disappointing. Nothing to do with the hotel, which was superb, but Rawai beach is more for promenade rather than swimming or sunbathing. Food could have been more varied in the hotel, and we found the menu in our room to be outdated. However, there are some superb restaurants nearby within walking distance.

This was a fantastic property. The rooms were spacious, and they all had balconies overlooking the pool. The pool also had a built in jacuzzi which was great for further relaxation. The resort also had shuttles throughout the day going to Nai harn beach which was really convenient. The staff were so friendly and kind. The location was also great with a 7-11 next door and a laundry place and local restaurants just up the road. It was also just a short walk (4mins) to Rawai beach.

I loved everything about this property.

We really liked the fact that it is a family hotel, quiet and suitable for relaxation and rest. The room was spacious and very clean. Beach towels, flip-flops and umbrellas were provided. The air conditioning and internet worked well. 2 l of drinking water is provided in the room daily. The breakfast is traditional and was good and the hotel restaurant offers several options for lunch and dinner. The hotel pool is fabulous, it is open at any time and is placed in a fabulous garden. The hotel staff is extremely kind and helped us with advice or various requests. Rawai beach is a 5-minute walk away, but it is a beach dedicated to boats. In return, the hotel provides a shuttle to 2 nearby beaches that are very beautiful. A shuttle is also provided to a view point to watch the sunset The hotel is a short distance from bars and restaurants. During our stay, we took some amazing trips to Phi Phi, Coral Island, Racha

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was properly kept and clean, even if the building was old. The housekeeping team did a great job and came in the early afternoon, which was a good time. Aircon worked well. We had a free room upgrade. There’s a well stocked 7-Eleven just next door.

The pool water was murky with particles. The gym was also old, not so well lit and kinda dirty (even if most of the equipment are working)—There were huge insects in there when we were using it. Drinks ordered from their cafe were not the best: the smoothies didn’t taste fresh and too sweet.

The staff were lovely and accommodating. Very polite and efficient. The hotel was clean and our room was beautiful. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were great. Our room led directly into the pool and the water was clean and refreshing. The pool is open 24 hours with a 9pm noise curfew which was respected by all. There was also security overnight. We ordered room service a few times and they were lovely. The cleaner was considerate and amazing. Super friendly and helpful. There is a 7 11 shop next door which was very convenient and we could walk into Rawai from the hotel. The hotel is quiet and not in the busy part. Only a 5 min walk down to the boats, beach, restaurants etc. Overall, a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. I would definitely stay again.

Just a wonderful stay. Very comfortable, spacious, clean room. Excellent Wi-Fi. Super breakfast. Attentive and helpful staff. Great pool. A very well run establishment tastefully furnished. Ticked all our boxes and have booked a longer stay for next year

Everything superb

An excellent hotel. The facilities were very good, meals were of a high standard and very reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and they made our stay very enjoyable. Good sized pool which was kept very clean. Always plenty of sunbeds. The room was a good size and kept very clean. A regular free shuttle service was provided for the nearby beaches and town centre.

We liked everything

Nice quiet resort , just what we needed after ao nang! Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough. Located on one of the main roads heading to Rawai front. 711 next door to hotel. Nice breakfast served in Cafe on site. We booked pool access room which is nice, straight out of room and steps into pool. Excellent a/c. 5-10 walk to Rawai beach front . Rooms traditional which was nice.

I already miss Navatara and wish I could stay there for longer! It's tucked away in the quiet and local neighborhood of Yanui, with some lovely beaches nearby and loads of shops and restaurants within minutes reach. I had such amazing Thai food and massages in the area. It's right next to Rawai beach where you can hire long tail boats too. The resort itself feels intimate, with clean, spacious rooms and comfy beds. I felt such peace and tranquility there and slept so well, which was exactly what I needed after my long journey to Thailand!

The location is a bit out of the way and the drive can be quite long to everywhere else in Phuket. But I didn't mind that as I was mainly exploring the local area.
