●The gate of the hotel was closed when we arrived, and we had no idea how to get in. Our taxi driver was very kind. She helped us call the hotel and she didn't leave us there till the gate was finally open. It would have been quite scary if without her help. ●The ceiling of the breakfast area is very low. My husband hit his sun burnt head twice. ●Minibar is not free. I would expect that for the price we paid(over 10,000B a night for 5 nights) and a big tip we left, the hotel should be able to offer free drinks. When we checked out, we had to pay 50B a water, 50B for a small juice, etc... It kind of left a bad taste in my mouth.

Our stay at was very nice. While we had a small setback after eating outside the hotel, the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They prepared a comforting soup and checked in on us to ensure we were okay. Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. The hotel offers incredible privacy and is surrounded by nature, very peaceful. The beach nearby is quiet and feels almost like a private escape, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The staff also arranged a motorbike rental for us, helped with our laundry, and offered excellent service during breakfast. The way they served breakfast was thoughtful and personalised. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the overall facilities were well-maintained. It is the perfect choice for those seeking tranquility. Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning!

Although we had a wonderful time, there were a few challenges. It wasn’t an issue with the hotel itself, but finding the location through taxi apps was tricky as the address didn’t come up easily. Additionally, there’s no visible signage with the hotel’s name, making it hard to identify the property quickly. The lack of clear signage for the reception area could also cause some confusion for new guests. We also did a late check-out of 1.5 hours and were charged a fee of 1,000 Baht per hour. While I completely understand that it’s a business policy, I believe the communication around this could have been handled in a clearer and more guest-friendly manner.

I have to go back there! the resort is the most unique place i came across. Everything there was spot on. Freshly squeezed orange juice upon arrival, super friendly and welcoming english-speaking staff. Extraordinary artsy interiors, breathtaking views, luxury swimming pool, you name it. My girlfriend loves the vibe and energy of the place. Can’t wait to come back there. The only downside is this longing feeling after leaving the resort. frankly just can’t get enough of it. Truly a Pearl. 10/10

Stunning hillside property with immaculate views of the ocean. Sam and the team were so welcoming and friendly they really couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms are kept in pristine condition and have the most spectacular views you have ever seen. Be sure to get up early for the most breathtaking sunrise. booked for 1 night then fell in love with the property so extended our stay to 4 nights. Hotel pool is also amazing !!

It's a small hotel with sea-view in a wonderful garden and a nice pool. Very quiet, as it's a little bit outside of busy Rawau, about 30 min walk. Very friendly personal and a chef who made us a great breakfast to our needs. A small trail leads to a local sandy beach, about 10 min to walk down, with not may people and nude swimming opportunity. The hotel only offers breakfast which is not a problem, as there are several small restaurants not far away (try Otto's restaurant and Margaret's cafe) or you can walk down to Rawai for more options. We stayed for 1 week and really enjoyed this is a lot!

The air condition fan was directly blowing to the bed, so we need to turn it off during night time. There may be a better arrangement in other rooms however, as they are all different.

I recently stayed at Ocean Pearl Residence and it was a truly wonderful experience! The property offers a breathtaking seaview, making it a perfect spot for anyone looking to relax and unwind by the ocean. The location is absolutely ideal, close to key attractions yet tranquil enough for a peaceful retreat. The staff deserve special praise—they were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. There is also secret beach and no one at the beach. Everything about the stay was perfect, from the amenities to the ambiance. I highly recommend Ocean Pearl Residence for anyone seeking a memorable getaway!

Everything was perfect. The view is amazing, the employees are friendly and flexible, the room was very confortable, internet was fast and breakfast really good. If you want to relax and privacy, this is the place.

The access to the beach could be better. But when you get there, the beach is great! They could have more options of drinks and food as well.

We loved the peacefulness of the place. Staff were excellent and the views were amazing.

There was nothing we didn't like however, it would be nice to have a bar that served alcohol as it was a long walk or taxi to visit anywhere for drink or food.

The hotel is brand new, really peaceful and calm, perfect for relax and disconnect. Is well located, 5mts from everything in Rawai.The rooms are perfect, the pool and the gardens are beautiful. The human group working there make you feel part of the family. I highly recommend visit it!

Absolute breathtaking views ,stunning rooms friendly staff had I had one of my best massages in Thailand there . Will be staying here again when visiting Thailand definitely one of the best residence I’ve stayed so far in Thailand.👍
