The location. A bit far from other beaches and bars but the views are worth it. 3min walk to Nai Harn beach. Views from their restaurant are incredible too. I stayed in the downstairs room right straight in front of the pool. Stunning view minus the power lines, and a few pool users every now and then but most of them were considerate of others. Room is bigger than I expected and the view is better! You can walk down to the rock by the restaurants — there are some rock pools there quite beautiful. Suit those who prefer peace and quietness. They did my washing for 80baht a kilo.

Internet can be a bit unreliable if you stay in the back rooms up the hill, but the rooms in the front near the pool had no wifi issue.

I had standard room E 1 . here the cleaners put mops brooms and things under my balcony,no sense of privacy .bit in your face, which is bareable its like sharing view with a cleaner2 metres away. few few moments everyday. All they need is to put hooks on the side of the apartment instead . also people come up and down, motorbikes, tourists its ok but not private can see directly into my room from there ,even from the pool. have to shut curtains for privacy removing view.needs tinted windows to help this.

I really enjoyed my 2-night stay this week at this hotel. I booked the bungalow (H1) and was very happy with the setting and the size of the room. The A/C worked well as did the Wifi which I didn't expect but was a big plus for me. I also appreciated the big fridge. Sure, the bathroom is a bit simple and dated, but it served its purpose. The outside patio had a nice view of the bay and the overall setting was very quiet. I really like Naiharn Beach because it is small and easy to reach from the hotel. We rented a scooter for a very reasonable 300 Baht a day. The staff was nice and readily provided an additional towel when I asked for it. A great value for the money!

There was really nothing that I didn't like - of course, it would have been great to have a sunset view ... but one can't have it all!

The location is unreal. Specially for a room right on the water it is bliss. You can watch the sunset from your balcony. You can swim off the rocks in the front of the hotel but I recommend wearing reef shoes. The water is beautiful. I loved my stay and can not recommend it enough. Plus it is such great value for money please don’t ever change.

For the price I paid I didn’t expect much but the rooms were clean and spacious and the location was unreal. just couldn’t really lock my balcony door on the sea view room so couldn’t sleep very well with that in my mind. Salution to that bring extra balcony lock chains on future holidays.

Great location, walk to beach in 3 min or across the rocks for some snorkelling just opposite the hotel. Very quiet with beautiful views across the bay. Short motorcycles ride for food, shopping and bars. Staff was very helpful and friendly. You get value for money.

As the owner you must improve on the door locks as the existing once are pathetic.

Fantastic location, peaceful, feels very calm and private and with direct access to the beach. The restaurant serves delicious food, the staff is super friendly, and the main beach with all the street food and massage stalls is just a five minute walk away. On our check out day we booked a taxi to pick us up at 6:30am but the driver had some sort of problem and didn't come, so the lady drove us there herself!

If I had to say something, if you need something after the minimart closes at 23 it's a long way to the nearest 711. But this isn't a problem if you plan your shopping.

The location was perfect. A short walk from the beach and the view was superb. There were lots of restaurants and shops just behind the beach which served lovely food at reasonable prices. We were able to rent scooters from outside the property for 200 baht per day. There was a supermarket in the hotel which sold everything we might ever need

Music in the restaurant was terrible. The same cd track played on a loop Service in cocktail bar was slow

Excellent stay. Friendly staff at the resort, restaurant and shop. There in the low season and exceptional rates. Great food reasonably priced at the restaurant. Good selection of food and other requirements at the shop. The accommodation is on a hilly site but as an aged person (82) still comfortably managed to get around. Close to Naiharn beach proper (5 minutes' walk) Pool was a bonus. Have stayed at a number of Phuket accommodation in Karon and Kata - On the Rocks takes the prize. Will definitely be back.

Quiet location with spectacular views. Clean, comfortable bed. Shower had hot water and good pressure. Good lighting and curtains. Beach, roadside cafes/fruit shops, 711 within walking distance. Also a lovely temple. Scooters available to rent. Convenience shop and nice restaurant with chill vibes and great views as part of the guesthouse complex. Prawns in Tamarind Sauce was outstanding. Overall a pleasant stay with good value.

Air con too noisy in the first room I had...much better in the room I moved into afterwards. Pillows could use some updating. Reading light was weak... I pack a clip-on. Stay mindful of step down from sleeping area to bathroom area...I put a sandal on both levels to remind me.

Fantastic location. My 4th time staying there and the standards have continued to improve every time I visit. Some new rebuilding going on at the moment which will enhance the property even more.

Steepness of access and uneven steps. I’m a spritely 83 but still sometimes found it hard and had to concentrate on different levels and surfaces.
